Clean setup and clear admin

Pros

Getting started was quick and connecting it with Slack was easy. The interface is clear and managing everything from the admin side feels simple and well organized.

Cons

only thing really missing is Google Calendar integration which feels essential.

Company-wide surveys done right

Pros

Rolling out surveys across the whole company is very easy.

Cons

downside is that it doesn't integrate with Skype.

Helpful 1:1s and feedback tools

Pros

Keeping 1-on-1 meetings organized is much easier with this tool. It lets you plan ahead, prepare properly, document outcomes and track agreements with employees in one place. The feedback collection features are really useful too and they support employee development in a practical way.

Cons

analytics are handled in Excel which may not suit everyone although the option to build custom reports does add some flexibility.

versatile hr hub

Pros

Beyond HR alone, our managers also rely on this tool to upload employee documents and pull useful insights. It feels like a well-rounded product overall and I'm really happy that I can cover all HR tasks in one holistic solution.

Cons

there aren't any built-in dashboards, so we have to use excel. That said, working this way does give you the flexibility to create just about any type of report.

Helpful time off tracking

Pros

For our company the most valuable parts have been Time Off Management and the Employee Database. The software has also been very easy for all of our employees to use.

Cons

The 1-1 meeting feature still has room for improvement. We also ran into some issues with paid leave days that were supposed to expire after two years, although we were able to find a workaround in the system.

Reliable feedback and reporting

Pros

Getting feedback collection up and running was fast and the Slack integration makes it convenient to stay on top of responses. The custom reports are also really useful and give a clearer view of the data.

Cons

One thing that's still missing is a visual organizational structure in the service.

flexible platform with stellar support

Pros

Right from the start the platform has felt stable and fast when it comes to updates and improvements. The pricing is affordable and the system is incredibly flexible across the board. Customer support has been among the best I've dealt with and the Slack and Telegram integrations have been a real game changer for our team. On top of that the UI is pleasant to use.

Cons

A few features are still missing such as an org chart and a more convenient way to store employee salaries but the team behind the tool is clearly working hard on these areas.

Rapidly evolving hr platform

Pros

Their customer success team has been excellent and the platform covers a wide range of HR processes.

Cons

There's honestly not much to criticize because the product is changing so fast. If a feature isn't there today it could easily be added tomorrow.

Adaptable tool we really enjoy!

Pros

Pretty flexible software overall, with a user-friendly interface that doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with. We've especially enjoyed the tools, including 360, this tool and the others.

friendly support and trusted partnership

Pros

Clean interface, easy to use and the personal adviser has been a big plus. Communication overall has been really pleasant and we're genuinely happy to work with such open-minded people and build a relationship based on trust.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. We really haven't run into any issues or misunderstandings and whenever we had questions, the replies came on time were clear and always friendly.

Fast rollout and helpful chatbot !

Pros

Getting it up and running was very simple, the chatbot has been useful and new features are implemented quickly.

flexible platform and constant progress

Pros

This has been a very user-friendly product. It's flexible, includes strong tools like 360 and others and performs really well overall. On top of that, the team keeps improving it so the experience just keeps getting better and better.

Cons

don't really have any complaints. I've liked it overall and it's also nice that older systems can still stay in place alongside newer ones like this.
