“comprehensive but user experience could improve
Pros
It gives a comprehensive view of all HR processes, offers relevant reports to aid HR analytics and cuts down on the time spent on administrative tasks. Also it is a great tool for managers and encourages collaboration between managers, employees and HR. The best part to me is how adaptable they are and their willingness to customize the platform.
Cons
The user experience could be improved to be more refined and user friendly. As for now it takes some time to get familiar with certain features, especially when managing personnel records

I love how we have transitioned to a mostly paper-free company except for the documents we receive by regular mail. I am not very tech-savvy but once you understand the logic behind the platform, it's really easy to use. It saves me so much time as I can upload documents online and be sure that employees have secure access to them anytime, anywhere. Plus all their documents are stored in one place. Thanks to it, we have easily improved our onboarding process and annual reviews.
Cons
Our development and training process is quite different from the norm. Although we attempted to customize this tab, it was not user-friendly for our employees so we decided to find an external solution and integrate it into the platform. This helped us avoid confusing employees with multiple HR tools. Also creating new documents can be a bit complicated.

Pros
We started using eHRM even before we had an HR role in our company. The implementation team and ongoing support have been highly accessible, responsive and always focused on finding the best solutions. Everything promised was delivered. If something is not part of the standard offering, Agitavit can customize it to suit our specific needs. They also regularly share knowledge and best practices, continuously improving and developing the platform.
Cons
At first you need to get used to the user interface as it's not very user friendly. Additionally the user manual is only available in Slovene.

“centralized employee database
Pros
The best feature is the centralized employee database which makes managing data much easier. Storing and retrieving employee information is also quick and simple making our workflow more organized and efficient.
Cons
Some bulk actions and imports I feel like could be made more user-friendly.

“Very responsive support team
Pros
Customer service is very responsive and supportive. Any new features we need are developed quickly. The notification system for expired medical exams, contracts and training is good too especially for us with a large number of employees.
Cons
For us many features are still under development which has led to additional costs each time we need something different.
