“Love the dual access”
Pros
The login process is simple, just enter your company ID along with your username and password and you can quickly access pay slips, documents and track your hours without any trouble.
Cons
Despite the login process being simple, the system itself is way too slow and it gets really frustrating having to wait every time I need to access it.

“Great HRMS solution for companies”
Pros
I really appreciate how it displays everything an employee needs : login/logout times, leave requests, half days and personal details like profile info and document submissions to HR. The TDS details are helpful too. What's nice is seeing other employees work anniversaries and birthdays plus HR can easily share holiday updates or broadcast important communications to everyone. Tracking employee break times and working hours is easy and generating reports is a breeze. Having access on both desktop and mobile makes the whole experience much smoother for users.
Cons
Time tracking is pretty unreliable, it often misses when I clock in or out since it depends on the face recognition camera at the door. There's no way to separate team access either so if someone gets admin rights they can see everyone's data. The password reset isn't secure enough which means people can easily access other employee's information including salaries and that creates a lot of tension in the workplace.
