“All in One HR Solution
Pros
I've found this to be the most convenient way to manage a large team. The automated onboarding process saves me time and it handles all the safety regulation checks without me having to worry about compliance. Managing employee documentation and forms has become so much simpler, employees can log in themselves to update their records, which takes a huge burden off my shoulders. Setting it up is simple and the customizable forms really help ensure we're getting the right fit for each position. The integration with our payroll system is smooth so I can control everything from one central location without jumping between platforms. There's occasional lag in the system, but the support team is amazing and resolves issues quickly whenever they come up.
Cons
Biggest downside is how it struggles with performance when handling large datasets and the interface isn't very welcoming for newcomers. I get that every software needs some getting used to, but this one feels a bit too complicated. The system also tends to lag in certain situations, which can be frustrating when you're trying to work efficiently.

The customer support and development teams are brilliant to work with. What I really appreciate is getting personalized assistance with quick response times. This ATS covers all the essential features a company needs to get up and running, plus there's potential for some neat customizations.
Cons
Recruiting option feels like an afterthought, it's missing key features that would make the hiring process smoother for recruiters.

Pros
Appreciate how customizable everything is with this e-I-9 and E-verify solution. The remote agent functionality really stands out as the strongest feature. Our account reps and support team are very responsive whenever we need assistance and the pricing feels reasonable for what we get.
Cons
The admin interface should be easier to use. It's not very userfriendly and self-service options are limited. Settings and email templates required a complete overhaul during setup, which was time-consuming. I wish it came more ready-to-use instead of needing so much customization right off the bat.

Kyle from the support team is very helpful, he responds super fast and is always willing to jump on a call whenever we need help with anything!
Cons
I think the admin side of the layout is simple but new employees often struggle with the portal. We end up having to guide them through the I-9 process since it can be pretty confusing for first-time users.

I really like how this tool organizes operations across our three different locations. Setting up consistent protocols has become much simpler, and the Spanish hiring features are helpful. What stands out most is the exceptional support team, they've been amazing from day one through ongoing use.
Cons
Workflow can be confusing at first so you'll need some time to set it up properly and get everyone trained on it.

Pros
Usually, I rarely worry about missing features because whenever I think we'll need something custom built, I discover the functionality already exists. Just today I called expecting to wait for development work, but there were simple toggle buttons that let us set up everything exactly how we needed it.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about here. Everything feels accessible and nothing gets buried in confusing menus like other systems I've used.

Pros
The system is incredibly easy to use on a daily basis. Customer service has been outstanding, they're responsive and really hold themselves accountable when issues come up. The staff genuinely cares about helping you succeed.
Cons
Currently, I don't have any complaints to share. Can't think of anything else to mention since there really aren't any issues I've encountered so far.

“Easy mobile onboarding
Pros
In my experience, the new hire process is pretty good. Also people can complete their I-9 and upload docs right from there phone once they get the link. This saves our HR team tons of time on the backend when we're finishing up section 2.
Cons
The only way for someone to finish section 1 after their start date is through the email link, which can slow things down. I wish there was an option to let employees complete their I-9 directly from our desktops when they're here in the office, it would make processing much faster and more convenient.

It helps us verify candidates and handle section 3 updates without having to be the section 2 agent. This really cuts down the time we spend on I9 processing.
Cons
Many candidates run into problems when they try to log back in and continue from where they stopped, it's pretty frustrating for them.
