genuinely impressed by how user-friendly the system is and how welcoming the staff are and I love every aspect of the experience.

For me everything about the product worked well and I found it incredibly simple to operate from start to finish.

Because their integration is so smooth, I find that collaborating with their tools fits perfectly into Tapcheck's workflow making day-to-day tasks much more efficient and reliable.

At the present moment I honestly can't identify any meaningful drawbacks to report as everything functions smoothly and meets my expectations across the board.

Having received knowledgeable homecare support from Empeon I am extremely pleased because they truly provide excellent care and take responsibility for every detail on my behalf which leaves me feeling very happy.

I genuinely appreciate everything about Empeon and cannot find any aspect that I dislike as their service consistently meets my expectations.

After having worked with several other HR and Time and Attendance solutions in the past, I can say that empeon has set the standard for simplifying our HR and payroll workflows across the company and I have found it extremely useful because it organizes processes and makes it simple to bring on additional opportunities and personnel without added complexity.

I've found Emperor to be the best platform for working on HR and payroll matters as their system has helped our team to efficiently plan schedules, manage onboarding procedures and comprehensively handle all of our payroll requirements.

We have never run into any issues with Emperor and I can confidently say that their team delivers consistently excellent work with professionalism and reliability.

I can't think of anything major as a downside. Sure, issues arise occasionally but I always reach out and they're resolved quickly.

Processing large payroll batches for over 500 employees is a breeze with Empeon. The whole process is fast, accurate, and so easy for me to use, which also makes training employees effortless.

Empeon has stopped supporting some of the customizations and custom script writing they used to offer, which is a bit of a setback.
