Pros
I truly appreciate how organized and simple Empeon feels in daily use because the platform is simple for both staff and managers and significantly simplifies payroll administration.
Cons
My sole reservation about Empeon concerns its billing module since we've come across a few issues with it yet I remain optimistic that it will be enhanced soon.

From my experience the application is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. And organizations that I've worked with, whether a one-person shop or firms employing hundreds, consistently report that it's remarkably easy for businesses of all sizes to use.
Cons
Can't really point to any major drawbacks from my experience, perhaps the only area that can be tricky is when editing certain payrolls because deciphering the different associated codes can sometimes be challenging.

Their customer support team is incredibly helpful and manages to resolve problems promptly, I often have no idea how they figure out my issues half the time but somehow they always do LOL.
Cons
I genuinely cannot think of anything I dislike about Empeon, the interface is extremely simple to use and whenever I need assistance I consistently locate what I'm looking for with the help of customer support.

I find the interface to be outstanding which makes it remarkably easy for newcomers to navigate while also offering a broad set of customizable features that together make handling healthcare payroll exceptionally simple and virtually effortless.
Cons
From my experience there are occasional bugs that can affect various parts of the program but their impact is typically limited in scope and importantly the support team reliably responds quickly to diagnose and resolve those issues.

It is extremely simple to use, offers deep customization options, delivers a wealth of insightful reports and the support team responds rapidly and is consistently helpful.
Cons
Pricing felt somewhat steep to me at first although the company genuinely aims to accommodate customers and in my experience they were willing to negotiate costs and find a plan that fit my budget which is worth bearing in mind.

I find the software easy to use and its layout very simple, customer support has consistently been excellent and I typically reach a representative I'm familiar with who knows our account details and can resolve issues quickly while the tax and year-end team are especially pleasant and effective to work with.
Cons
The old screen was so much better. It had this grid where you could see every employee at once and filter by pay codes. You could do things like apply a bonus to fifty people in one go. It was a huge timesaver. I�m really disappointed they took it out in the new version.

As a user I've enjoyed an excellent experience with Empeon because their customer service team consistently responds quickly, demonstrates deep knowledge and repeatedly goes the extra mile to assist us whenever support is required, their genuine concern for clients and evident pride in delivering superior service make recommending them easy. We particularly appreciate the open enrollment functionality and find the onboarding process to be smooth and effective while the task management features are outstanding, complemented by timely alerts and reminders that ensure payroll details are never overlooked.
Cons
Overall my experience has been very positive although I would like to see additional flexibility in the reporting tools so that we can tailor outputs more precisely to our needs and it would be helpful if the open enrollment workflow included the ability to capture an enrolling employee's signature as part of the process.

When issues crop up I appreciate having a close partnership with Empeon because I can depend on their team to resolve the problems we were facing promptly and without delay.

I'm continually impressed by how this platform makes it possible for me to get everyone paid promptly without any glitches and based on my experience I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Cons
We had very little to criticize about this tool, before switching from SBV we were hesitant but after making the change I am extremely pleased and have never regretted the decision.

I've found that it operates exactly as expected across roles, from regular employees through to administrators and after repeatedly come across ing difficulties getting systems to connect I finally see this integrating reliably with everything we use.
Cons
There's not a lot I dislike, I do wish it offered tighter integration with PointClickCare out of the box although I believe that with the API that tighter connectivity should be attainable at some point down the road.

What I truly appreciate about Empeon is that it remains exceptionally user-friendly making navigation and completing tasks simple even for someone who doesn't want to spend time learning complicated systems.
Cons
I would like to be able to view my total hours worked on the mobile website version whenever I open the Timecard and select a specific period because at the moment that cumulative figure is not shown and it complicates quickly confirming my overall hours.

As a regular user I find the interface exceptionally easy to navigate, with a clean, well-organized presentation and powerful customization features that allow the product to be tailored to a wide range of workflows and use cases.

That said I wish their customer support included options to speak with live representatives because depending solely on automated systems or static documentation leaves me without the immediate, personalized assistance I sometimes need.

I've consistently found this software incredibly easy to navigate, with a simple layout and simple controls that let me get tasks done quickly. For me the learning curve was minimal so I could start using the core features without hours of training or consulting endless documentation.
Cons
I did notice that there are numerous small charges attached to various actions and over time these incremental fees have added up more than I expected. For my part the increase of minor fees has become a persistent annoyance because together they significantly increase my overall costs.
