Pros
Honestly I really appreciate how comprehensive the performance tracking is...... it gives us clear, actionable insights. The way our team can collaborate within the platform keeps everyone aligned and moving forward together. The pricing offers solid value for everything we get and on top of all that it�s refreshingly simple to use. It�s one of those tools that feels thoughtfully built from the ground up.
Cons
While I enjoyed almost every aspect of this tool and liked how the team was structured, what I found most frustrating was the collaboration features and the way team management works.

“User-friendly navigation
Pros
I find this software very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I especially like how it simplifies setting goals and tracking progress.
Cons
Sometimes I get frustrated because the interface feels overcrowded when I'm trying to find specific reports and it tends to run slowly during peak times.

“great onsultant support for setup
Pros
Partnering with the consultants makes it easy for me to have the system produce the exact end-user experience I'm after. The consultant is honestly the standout part! I explain or draft what I want to happen and then they walk me through using the system so I can make it work.
Cons
There are features I want that simply aren't available yet. I'm grateful my consultant logs them on the developer's list but I realize I might never actually see those additions. In particular I'd like the option for users to copy individual goals from earlier forms and I also need the ability to edit on-demand forms.

“Dedicated consultant assistance
Pros
For me this platform has been outstanding for setting up and overseeing the performance review cycle and I appreciate that the vendor assigns a dedicated consultant who supports you at every stage, from design and rollout to training and remains available for ongoing help. The application is simple and performs exceptionally well.
Cons
Honestly I can't come up with any complaints about this platform.

“responsive customer support
Pros
We get outstanding customer support our rep usually gets back to us within a couple of hours whenever we have questions. The platform's flexibility has let us tailor our performance-review workflow so it actually makes sense and is easy for our team to follow.
Cons
I find the admin side of the system a bit hard to wrap my head around. Building custom reviews myself has been pretty involved though the excellent support team that comes with it means I'm never on my own trying to figure things out.

Pros
Being able to customize the review workflow and assessments according to our requirements is a valuable feature. The software also offers scheduled check-ins throughout the year and sends email alerts for due check-ins and annual reviews.
Cons
During the setup process, we realized halfway through that we chose the wrong person to work with the emPerform team. It is crucial to select an individual with experience in conducting reviews and in-depth knowledge of our company's review process.

“Fully configurable and adaptable tool
Pros
From the outset and right from day one this platform has been incredibly useful for our team. It was fully configurable which let us recreate our previous workflow while improving it with the system's available features. Because it's so adaptable I can quickly tweak settings and support managers and individual contributors as needed throughout the whole performance management cycle and related processes.
Cons
One issue I run into is confusion among users about saving versus submitting documents. I've seen reviews stall in the workflow because people assume they've submitted their work when what they actually did was save it which leaves items hanging and delays completion.
