“Amazing help from support throughout the set up
Pros
I love how simple this platform is to set up and get running. The customer support team has been amazing throughout the process! The reporting features are user friendly making it accessible for anyone on our HR team regardless of their technical background. What really stands out is how convenient the dashboards are and how easily we can manipulate data to find exactly what we need. Being able to filter information by any field we want is super helpful, and I'm particularly impressed with the date range functionality that lets us compare current performance against old data.
Cons
The visual graphics are pretty limiting. I can't change dashboard colors directly. Though I can adjust them once I export graphs to PowerPoint which is kind of a workaround.

“readable and meaningful hR reports with employee Cycle
Pros
This tool lets me create and share HR reports that are actually readable and meaningful. The automatic data refresh from our HRIS keeps everything current, which is perfect for strategic planning and quick decision-making. It's such a relief compared to wrestling with Excel or PowerBI where I'd spend forever downloading, cleaning and formatting data. Time is my most valuable resource and this has given me so much of it back! I can answer executive questions instantly and analyze trends going back years through our HRIS history. While there are some pre-built options, creating custom dashboards is straightforward. I've built one comprehensive view for my COO covering the whole organization, plus a specialized dashboard for our engineering head that focuses just on his department. The setup team was responsive and handled everything, I barely had to lift a finger. They managed the entire HRIS integration themselves. My customer care contact is knowledgeable, patient and always makes time for working sessions when I need help.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is not being able to save reports. You can print them but every time I need one, I have to rebuild it from scratch. I'm hoping this gets fixed soon since it would make the tool much more efficient to use.

“simple to understand software
Pros
The quick access to data makes it simple to spot patterns and identify root causes through different variables. Really simple to understand!
Cons
I wish I could view all my integrated data in one place. For example, I can't analyze our BambooHR time off information, which would be really helpful for getting a complete picture of everything.
