“simple to learn and navigate”

Pros

As a new user using it was pretty easy and finding my way around the platform didn't take much time. I also had training with an account manager before using it on my own and that made a big difference. Another thing I appreciate is that it feels much less buggy than a lot of other platforms.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't run into any problems with it. The only suggestion I have is that I'd love to see more automated message or email templates built in especially ones that can be sent directly from the system for new employee benefit reminders.

Pros

The platform is very convenient to use and it makes it simple for our team members to enroll in benefits and update their selections whenever needed.

Cons

Couldn't find any major downsides.

Pros

Working in it feels very easy and updates can be made quickly without any hassle. Most of the time, the system syncs and reflects those changes within a day.

Cons

There have been occasions when I made updates directly in the platform but they didn't go through unless the same changes were entered in the CRM first.

Pros

Right from the start the interface feels user-friendly and easy so both admins and employees can move around the system without much confusion. The onboarding and benefits enrollment workflow is well aligned which helps cut down on manual tasks and reduces the chance of mistakes. It also connects well with payroll and carrier systems which makes data more accurate overall.

Cons

There are still a few areas where the platform feels somewhat limited especially when it comes to benefits setup and customizing fields. Permissions and role management can also feel a bit restrictive since they are not always granular enough. On top of that some workflows are less simple than expected and may require extra training or support to use effectively.

Pros

Using it is easy and it works really well for sending out a link so people can complete their open enrollment forms.

Cons

One downside is that the system doesn't really connect with the health care providers so you still end up having to handle that work yourself.

One thing that really works well is how quickly staff can access their health benefits information. It's been an excellent resource especially during open enrollment, when having everything available in one place matters most.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything negative I can point to with this product. The staff and management both appreciate the convenience, flexibility and how simple it is to use.

Pros

Right away the platform feels simple to use and the homepage layout makes everything easy to follow. Seeing HR tasks listed directly on the home screen is especially useful because it grabs my attention as soon as I log in.

Cons

Since we access it through American Health and Wellness, the notifications do not come straight to me and are sent to our benefits specialist at AHW instead. I would really like an option for both me and AHW to receive email notifications for tasks, updates and similar items.

Pros

It is fairly easy and it connects well with most HRIS systems which makes things a lot more convenient for HR teams.

Cons

One thing I don't love is that the data feed between systems isn't always very reliable. At times, it fails to pull over all of the information.

Pros

Getting this into our payroll system was incredibly easy and it made the whole process feel effortless. The SSO feature has also been a really valuable addition.

Cons

Every now and then, the sync can be slightly off but the corrections happen very quickly so it's never been a major problem.

I really appreciate how it connects with other applications for benefits in both directions which makes the whole process much simpler.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems with it. Both admins and everyday users seem to find it very easy to use.
