simple to learn and navigate

Pros

As a new user using it was pretty easy and finding my way around the platform didn't take much time. I also had training with an account manager before using it on my own and that made a big difference. Another thing I appreciate is that it feels much less buggy than a lot of other platforms.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't run into any problems with it. The only suggestion I have is that I'd love to see more automated message or email templates built in especially ones that can be sent directly from the system for new employee benefit reminders.

Pros

Working in it feels very easy and updates can be made quickly without any hassle. Most of the time, the system syncs and reflects those changes within a day.

Cons

There have been occasions when I made updates directly in the platform but they didn't go through unless the same changes were entered in the CRM first.
