“Simple job viewing and referral submission
Pros
What I really appreciate about this platform is how simple it makes it for employees to refer someone. After I sign in, I can either view local openings near me or browse every available job. It's easy to forward a job posting or link for a referral and the person I'm referring can easily read the job details and submit an application.
Cons
We've only recently begun using ERC and already we've found a few problems with our reporting and the FTP setup. We're actively ironing out these glitches, though and I'm confident that with a bit of time everything will get sorted out.

I'm finding it very user friendly and simple to set up automatic referrals.
Cons
When I set up a campaign it feels a bit tedious because I have to type numbers one by one and it would be much simpler to add them in bulk.

Although navigation felt simple to me, I noticed the page layout can get cluttered in places which makes things feel busy, I think better use of visuals or graphics would help a lot

For me, it's easy to move around and locate the candidates I'm searching for. The interface is convenient and user-friendly, so someone like me can get around without trouble. I appreciate that it connects with our other platforms, making it cross-functional and everything appears to be current and accurate.
Cons
Haven't found any major problems with this tool so far. I still need to try the mobile app, so I'm eager to see how its features and performance stack up against the desktop version. From what I can tell, most people will use it on desktop, so I'm curious whether there are significant differences between the two experiences.

For me, what really stands out about this Portal tool is the high caliber of candidates it brings in, the quicker hiring cycle it supports, the stronger candidate and employee engagement it fosters and the additional networking opportunities it creates.

“Simple admin & employee views with strong support
Pros
As an admin, I find the platform very easy to navigate, switching from the admin perspective to employee view is simple and convenient. Adjusting settings is easy too. What really stands out to me about ERC.com, however, is the customer support: my Account Manager and their team respond quickly whenever I have questions or need systems support which makes a big difference for our workflow.
Cons
When it comes to reporting, I feel ERC.com could be improved. I can generally generate the reports I need but putting them together isn't as user-friendly as I'd like. The process of building a custom report could be made simpler and more convenient so I spend less time wrestling with filters and layouts and more time using the data.

What I like most is how accessible and easy the dashboard feels to use but above all I value their customer support, every time I've needed help they've been prompt to reply and guide me through any problem.

It's great having a single, centralized referral and rewards platform for our team, the referral campaigns they run make spreading the word much easier and are genuinely effective.
Cons
