“Quick ATS integration
Pros
We got it to integrate easily with our ATS and had everything live within a few weeks. My colleagues responded well to the outreach, both the emails and text messages generated positive replies.
Cons
Great tool but I found the setup to be a bit of a hassle. Tasks like getting their sending addresses and IP ranges whitelisted and having their email templates approved were tedious.

Pros
We work with a range of vendors and none have come close to the customer support this tool offers, we went through an implementation and then changed our ATS within 18 months of launching the product and our account manager remained hands-on to guarantee a feasible transition for our recruiting team
Cons
I would like the ability to import additional employee fields into the platform so we can better customize our outreach and reporting.

I really appreciate how easy it is to use, the way candidates are organized into clear stages and the simple search tools that make finding people much faster.
Cons
For me, the dropdown menu is confusing and overloaded with options that I don't need and will never use.

Pros
Keeping tabs on every referral across our company is incredibly simple and I really appreciate that it also lets me see exactly when referral bonuses become eligible for payout.
Cons
Sometimes the sheer number of settings and tools feels a bit much and we struggle to make sure the whole team is actually leveraging every feature effectively.

Handling, updating and communicating about all referrals from a single spot is simple and I notice the status tracking automatically notifies employees, keeping them informed.

Pros
Integration with social media platforms and our ATS is easy and I find the admin panel provides plenty of tools for engagement emails, leaderboards, analytics and sourcing referral candidates.
Cons
My only complaint is that it doesn't handle every aspect of referral program management yet, I wish it covered the full process. :)
