Administrative tasks are mostly automated and I find customizing and launching campaigns easy, I also notice the interface is very user-friendly and we don't have to rely on an apply link for a referral to be recorded.
Cons
The reporting and analytics leave room for improvement, though I think much of the issue stems from how we've configured our positions and workflows.

Tracking when people I refer submit applications is easy and I can see it keeps everything organized.
Cons
From my experience, the status updates essentially end after the first application, I never find out if a referral was turned down and I also don't learn whether they were hired until long after they've actually begun the job in many cases.

During my time using this tool, what stood out for me was the capability to tailor the site depending on who the visitor is (whether an employee or a referral). Being able to edit those messages really improved the overall experience for users. Another feature I've appreciated is the ability to change the image that appears when you share your link on social media. That gave our company an extra touch of branding that felt valuable!
Cons
I ran into some problems while using the new UI. In particular the background images failed to save at times which resulted in a clumsy and inconsistent experience. There were also occasions where the preview I saw didn't match what other users ended up seeing after the changes were saved and that inconsistency caused confusion.

Cons

“Limited integrations & weak reporting
Pros
I'm able to design custom referral campaigns and it automatically pushes candidates into our ATS after seven days.
Cons
I'm frustrated by the limited integrations, we end up juggling multiple user accounts to manually track referrals instead of having everything automatically synced into our systems. It also doesn't show who actually received payouts, nor does it automatically verify eligibility criteria or automate referral-program rules. Because updates aren't pushed automatically, employees have no visibility into status unless someone manually changes it and overall the reporting tools are weak and don't give us the insight we need.
