“All-in-one HRIS convenience

Pros

Having our HRIS and this tool combined in one place has been a big advantage.

Moving data from my previous platform into EH was troublesome and took a lot of manual effort.

Pros

Right away the interface felt very easy to use. Everything is clearly labeled and even if you end up on the wrong page, it's very simple to work out where you need to go next. The biggest plus for me has been the ready-made templates, especially the HR documents and policies for AU and NZ since I work across both countries. Not having to start from scratch has been incredibly useful and I also appreciate that we can clone and adjust them to better suit our business.

Cons

There are a few areas where I'd still like to see more flexibility. One example is having a proper history or track record for hours worked, so it's possible to view a staff member's work-hour patterns over their full tenure. I've been told that may be updated early next year which is really encouraging. None of these issues are dealbreakers but my concerns mostly come down to wanting more flexibility overall, such as being able to right-click hyperlinks or buttons, along with improvements to the document template customization tool.

“handy leave tracking and payslips

Pros

Navigating this tool feels very easy. Sending in annual leave requests at the company where I work is hassle-free through the software and checking how many leave days I have left is really convenient. I also appreciate that it correctly figures out which days count as leave and which do not. On top of that, being able to view my payslips in the same tool is a nice bonus.

Cons

One part that didn't work as well was the company's attempt to add employee interaction features into the software, since that functionality wasn't very effective.
