“efficient onboarding but pricey”
Pros
it really stood out for us. It made bringing graduates onboard so easy. the whole process was smooth, efficient and fun. One feature I loved was the progress tracking and reporting. It helped managers keep an eye on each new employee's journey so nothing slipped through the cracks. Plus the real-time analytics were great for making improvements along the way. the platform also made it easy to feel connected right from the start with social features that encouraged new hires to meet their peers and mentors. Whenever we needed help, the support team was fantastic...super responsive and always ready to guide us through any challenges and share best practices.
Cons
some of the options and configurations took a bit of trial and error. there were times we had to adjust our process because the system just didn't match our original requirements. We ended up not continuing our subscription with it because of the cost but we might reconsider it later. I think it's worth the investment.

“Great workflow”
Pros
best part for me is how easy it is to build a workflow for onboarding new employees. It's like playing with Lego blocks, you just pick and drop. And there are so many different options to choose from. It's great!
Cons
one thing I didn't like was the lack of an "auto-translate" option. We have multiple sites across 16 countries so we had to manually translate everything which was time-consuming. This could definitely be simplified.

Pros
it makes customizing and creating onboarding workflows super simple. It even uses logic to pull in what's needed for each individual process. So, no matter what, it feels personal and precise.
Cons
it seems more suited for internal onboardings with set timelines and multiple steps. As a staffing company, our onboarding is much shorter, with just one sequence at the beginning and a couple of follow-up sequences right before and after the start date.

Cons
We have different workflows for different reasons but once someone is in it, you can't change their workflow which is kind of annoying.

it focuses on employee engagement rather than just compliance although it does both. It ensures that managers don't have to overthink, they just follow the process making sure everything is consistent and high-quality for new staff. Plus it removes human error from onboarding. You can customize each department's or role's induction so it's never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Cons
only thing I can think of is the large administrative effort required to set everything up but that's to be expected when you automate everything.
