efficient onboarding but pricey

Pros

it really stood out for us. It made bringing graduates onboard so easy. the whole process was smooth, efficient and fun. One feature I loved was the progress tracking and reporting. It helped managers keep an eye on each new employee's journey so nothing slipped through the cracks. Plus the real-time analytics were great for making improvements along the way. the platform also made it easy to feel connected right from the start with social features that encouraged new hires to meet their peers and mentors. Whenever we needed help, the support team was fantastic...super responsive and always ready to guide us through any challenges and share best practices.

Cons

some of the options and configurations took a bit of trial and error. there were times we had to adjust our process because the system just didn't match our original requirements. We ended up not continuing our subscription with it because of the cost but we might reconsider it later. I think it's worth the investment.

Great workflow

Pros

best part for me is how easy it is to build a workflow for onboarding new employees. It's like playing with Lego blocks, you just pick and drop. And there are so many different options to choose from. It's great!

Cons

one thing I didn't like was the lack of an "auto-translate" option. We have multiple sites across 16 countries so we had to manually translate everything which was time-consuming. This could definitely be simplified.

Pros

The simplicity of designing and creating onboarding experiences is awesome. The UI makes it so easy for the content to look great.

Cons

I wish the list of integrations was longer. more options would be great.

best for longer timelines

Pros

it makes customizing and creating onboarding workflows super simple. It even uses logic to pull in what's needed for each individual process. So, no matter what, it feels personal and precise.

Cons

it seems more suited for internal onboardings with set timelines and multiple steps. As a staffing company, our onboarding is much shorter, with just one sequence at the beginning and a couple of follow-up sequences right before and after the start date.

It's easy to use and once you get the hang of it... it's perfect. We use it for so much and the candidates love it! It's great for keeping them engaged until they actually start with us.

Cons

We have different workflows for different reasons but once someone is in it, you can't change their workflow which is kind of annoying.

good for employee engagement

Pros

it focuses on employee engagement rather than just compliance although it does both. It ensures that managers don't have to overthink, they just follow the process making sure everything is consistent and high-quality for new staff. Plus it removes human error from onboarding. You can customize each department's or role's induction so it's never a one-size-fits-all approach.

Cons

only thing I can think of is the large administrative effort required to set everything up but that's to be expected when you automate everything.

amazing tool for onboarding

Pros

This software is amazing! It's made a huge difference in how we onboard new team members. From the moment they sign their contract, they are engaged. It also helps managers stay involved and automates a lot of check-ins during the first six months.

Cons

there's nothing really wrong with it. the only potential downside is the price but it's totally worth it for the tech you get.

Pros

I appreciate how easy it is to build a new workflow. All you have to do is choose a component, drag it to the workflow and you are done. It takes minutes to create a workflow.

Cons

I have not found anything that I don't love about it. It's just been great.

Drag-and-drop is a time-saver

Pros

drag-and-drop features are a huge time-saver for training. It's smooth and simple enough that people can get on board with it quickly.

Cons

Not much right now but it would be great if the reporting panel was a bit more interactive. It would also help to have options to download and generate different reports and stats.

amazing analytics with room for customization

Pros

It's super easy to use, cloud-based and the analytics are amazing. Plus it gently reminds our hiring leaders about the onboarding experience for their new hires! The team loves it and it's made a real difference in how we onboard people.

Cons

It would be awesome to have customized dashboards (hopefully coming soon). It'd be great to track and measure pulse surveys directly on the dashboard.

love the functionality!

Pros

it is so easy to use and I love how functional it is. It's simple but really engaging!

Cons

Building the workflow can be a little time-consuming to get everything just right. But I think it's more about changes within our organization than the tool itself.
