“Happy but concerned about cost”
Pros
The integration of payroll management with the HCM platform is the strongest aspect of Endalia for us. The payroll management and response to queries are very fast, relevant and helpful. We also appreciate the monthly reports generated and the HR-related materials which help us stay up-to-date with the labor market.
Cons
There are still some data points that have not been linked yet such as compensation and payroll management. However according to the account manager, this improvement is planned for the coming months. Additionally some reports don't allow us to select all the fields we need so we have to generate two different reports to link them. It would also be great to have an HR Master option that consolidates all the data such as personal, professional, compensation, cost center in one place. Lastly the 5% annual increase for improvements is quite significant and impacts decision-making for our management.

“Simple but isn't globally optimized”
Pros
Its simplicity and ease of managing information, along with constant updates and easy access make it very user-friendly.
Cons
The changes in personnel handling the BPO and the configuration of modules are not very user friendly. Also it would be better if it were more globally accessible and international.
