I find the options like Overview, Feedback, Check-ins, Learning, Goals and Performance really helpful. The quarterly check-ins are great and it feels awesome to get feedback from the team. It also helps us learn tons of valuable knowledge and keeps our goals on track.

There's really nothing to dislike about It. It has all the important options like Overview, Feedback, Check-In and Goals that help us perform better.

love the shoutout feature, where employees are recognized for their good work. Being appreciated in front of the whole firm motivates everyone to continue doing their best.

A couple of times, courses that were paused on It didn't resume, so employees had to start over. Other than that, it's been a great experience!

It helps me stay on top of my goals and makes it easy to learn new courses that benefit my growth. It also makes providing and receiving feedback easy and the performance reviews are top-notch.

Once we set our goals, we need to update them manually. It would be great if the goals updated automatically based on our progress. Also the app could be more user-friendly because it's a little complex at times.

Building a better workforce is so easy with It. The talent analytics give us all the data we need about employee skills and we use the learning software integration to close any skills gaps. Setting this all up was simple and the support team was really helpful.
