Pros

Really like the review system in it. The praise system is awesome because it runs so smoothly and it allows us to acknowledge and appreciate people we admire. It's a great way to recognize performance.

Pros

The praise posts are fantastic. Nobody gets overlooked on this platform, as it keeps track of everyone's performance and provides updates about yourself. It's really cool that it encourages self-learning and lets you set goals, making it like a self-competition.

Cons

There's not much that needs changing but it could be better if the platform could store all the data in one place. Also the site could use an upgrade for a better viewing and working experience.

Goal tracking + manager feedback = personal growth

Pros

best part is that I can track my goals and see my progress throughout the year. I can also take notes from my manager's feedback which really helps me focus on where I need to improve. Everything is on one page and it's super user-friendly. Even for onboarding, our company used this software. Plus we can take training courses right through the software which I absolutely love. So far i am having a great experience with It.

Cons

I dont have any cons at the moment. The only thing I'd suggest is making the check-in process more precise. It feels complicated for beginners.
