Pros
best part is that I can track my goals and see my progress throughout the year. I can also take notes from my manager's feedback which really helps me focus on where I need to improve. Everything is on one page and it's super user-friendly. Even for onboarding, our company used this software. Plus we can take training courses right through the software which I absolutely love. So far i am having a great experience with It.
Cons
I dont have any cons at the moment. The only thing I'd suggest is making the check-in process more precise. It feels complicated for beginners.

It is an all-in-one tool for managing the workforce. It combines goal-setting, feedback, performance management and 360-degree reviews in a really easy-to-use platform. The interface is simple, so both employees and managers can set and track goals, give feedback and do one-on-one meetings. The 360-degree reviews give a complete view of performance, making sure everything is fair and accurate. With features that keep everyone engaged, it helps maintain productivity. The support team is also great when I have any issues or questions. We use this software every day and it's been really valuable for us.
Cons
One downside is that theres no spell check in the platform especially when creating goals or performance evaluations. Also you can not add notes to performance appraisals or bring in other documents which is a bummer.

Customer support is definitely the most helpful part of the software. My favorite features are the performance and 360 reviews but all the other modules are great too!
Cons
Sometimes I get lost when i am in the Admin section while managing my teams. I forget i am in the Teams module when I need to be in Admin mode.

I love that I can impersonate users to help them with any questions or issues they might have, whether it's about sharing a post on the social feed, setting goals for performance reviews or redeeming rewards they have earned. It's performance management tool is innovative and user friendly. I check it every day to stay connected with employees especially those working remotely who share updates or important info on the social feed.
Cons
one thing I'd change is the inability to award multiple badges in one post to the same user. It would also be nice to see some aesthetic improvements like adding more colors.

The goal-setting feature is amazing. It's really helped our organization improve how we approach goal setting.
Cons
for how we use the check-in feature in our organization, it's not very user-friendly. The check-ins are only available three days before the due date but they stay open for two weeks after. Also pulling reports is tricky. For instance, if I want to see who did not complete a check-in over the last 90 days, I have to filter through all the completed ones. Its a lot of cross-referencing.

Its meant to help me track appraisals and goals and it really does a great job at that. It keeps everything organized and provides a clear view of my progress which makes it easier to stay on top of performance reviews and goal-setting.
Cons
system is not well-designed and hard to use. Normally, software like this takes some getting used to but I have used It for years and still don't like the way it's set up. My colleagues find it fiddly too. I think there are better options out there.
