“email campaigns boost responses
Pros
Sending, tracking, measuring and following up on emails has improved response rates and I find diversity sourcing much simpler with these capabilities.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that profiles aren't refreshed as often as I'd like. Occasionally a profile will still be a few months out of date. I appreciate the great reporting capabilities but there isn't an easy shortcut to view reports, you have to navigate through several clicks to get to them.

“automated nurture improves engagement
Pros
Automated nurture campaigns save time and I find reply rates consistently higher than manual LinkedIn outreach.
Cons
I'd prefer if nurture messages threaded into the same email conversation because candidates sometimes get confused when replies appear separately and the keyword search could use improvement. Often I surface strong diverse candidates with great skill sets but when I'm hunting for very specific or niche expertise the results don't seem as relevant or thorough as I'd like.

“User-friendly sourcing with diversity filters
Pros
Candidate data, diversity filters and excellent support are readily available and I find the app very user-friendly overall.
Cons
My biggest annoyance is where the tool's tag sits on my screen, it often overlaps dropdowns in emails and other places and it keeps popping open every time I visit a LinkedIn page which is really frustrating.

“convenient diversity and Boolean search
Pros
The diversity search and Boolean query tools are simple and I find the toolbar and search parameters highly effective for targeted sourcing.
Cons
Occasionally I notice some of the information is slightly out of date though that only happens very rarely.

Great tool and I'm glad that I can actually locate very specific candidates when I need them!
Cons
It's not always current, I've noticed many people listed are already in different positions and some profiles even appear multiple times.

Pros
Being able to email people directly from the platform is a perfect feature for my team.
Cons
What bothers me is I don't know how recently people have used this tool so I'm unsure whether they'll actually see the email I send them.

“LinkedIn plugin with email detection
Pros
it is great that plugin lets me inspect LinkedIn profiles and quickly check within this tool whether those profiles include an email address.
Cons
Often the export button with Talent Rover only functions about half the time and it frequently fails to fill in every field so I wind up entering details manually. I've also found incorrect email addresses being assigned, then routed to the wrong candidate completely.

“comprehensive sourcing and outreach suite
Pros
For me this tool is a powerhouse for sourcing and here are the reasons why, the interface is very clean and simple, the support team is fantastic and there are training materials to help you learn the ropes and get the most from the platform. It's excellent for outreach, tracking and reporting and it lets you A/B test and refine outreach messages to find what works best. It also helps more junior sourcers who struggle with Boolean searches, it's the go-to platform for D&I sourcing and I really appreciate the ongoing support from the tool's team.
Cons
I've seen the product improve a lot but there are still areas that need work, specifically SOBO and profile views. It would be great if profile previews were richer so I don't have to click through to LinkedIn just to confirm details and tightening up SOBO would make the experience even smoother overall.

Pros
I find the emails are accurate and easy to get to. It would be nicer if there wasn't a lag, or better yet if the system bundled everything into a single end-of-day message with all my requests so I could update my records in one go. I also appreciate that the 'more likely to move' and 'published author' items come second.
Cons
Personally the search experience feels quite poor. It seems designed for a junior recruiter rather than someone needing advanced filters. If the platform can't attract enough users to make search smarter, I would concentrate development efforts on improving that area first.

“accurate email discovery with filters
Pros
Excellent at locating email addresses and it includes some useful fields to expand and refine your searches. I frequently rely on it when I want to dedicate time to diversifying my candidate pipelines. It also provides helpful clues about other platforms where a candidate may appear which lets me check them out more thoroughly.
Cons
The tool feels very US-centric and in the end I keep going back to LinkedIn because the entries here can be a bit out of date. I also struggle to pull up additional details for candidates the app hasn't indexed before. Although you can request a profile, it doesn't reliably come back with more info. On top of that, I find the redesigned search clunky, it's become more complex and makes tweaking small search parameters harder than it used to be.
