“Easy payroll management
Pros
Managing my dealership has gotten so much easier with this platform. The interface just makes sense and I didn't have to spend forever figuring it out. It's easy to use which I really appreciate.
Cons
Sometimes the frame freezes when I open it but it seems like they've fixed that issue now.

“Simple interface that's user-friendly
Pros
It's very easy to use and my team picked it up fast no matter their tech skills. Logging in and tracking hours is simple for everyone. Pulling up employee details, checking time and making edits when needed doesn't take much effort. We hardly ever have clock-in issues and paystubs are easy to access most of the time. Everything is clearly labeled, so navigation feels natural. Starting shifts and managing meal breaks through the time clock works smoothly and it's just as easy to see pay history or update tax and personal info. Compared to other systems we've tried, this one makes data entry and changes way easier. The more I use it for timekeeping every day, the smoother it gets. And having the mobile app is a big bonus, our team can clock in and out right from their phones which gives us a lot more flexibility.
Cons
I feel like the system can slow down sometimes but I think that's just an internet issue on our end. Employees occasionally forget their login credentials, which can cause some confusion. My biggest issue, though is that our company has some limitations like not being able to access all the details when I need more info.

Pros
The support team has always been very helpful whenever I've run into problems and needed to figure things out.
Cons
The recent update made entering PTO hours kind of frustrating. The icon is way too close to the timesheet approval button and I keep clicking the wrong one.

“Fantastic customer service!
Pros
Honestly, the support here is next level. They're around 24/7 and always go above and beyond when I need help. I've been using this system for years and I'm still impressed with how well they handle everything.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind. I haven't run into any major issues with this platform so far.

“Simple tool but not efficient
Pros
The interface is easy to work with. When I log in, all the tools I need for my daily tasks are right there. Finding and checking time entries is simple and I like that I can clock in and out from either the website or the app, depending on what works best for me at the time.
Cons
I did run into a few bugs, like not being able to select the facility or complete tasks. There were also some system errors that kept me from clocking in. The mobile app came in handy when the web version wasn't working but no system is perfect. Also, they promised me a gift card for this review but never came through, which was pretty disappointing.

“efficient system but poor interface
Pros
I like how simple the platform is whether I'm using it on my phone or computer. It loads quickly, the login is fast and the whole interface just feels easy to get around.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that the platform doesn't scale well on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The formatting looks really outdated. The UI could definitely use an upgrade to feel more modern.

“Great customer service experience
Pros
The time clock feature has really made things smoother for me. I did run into an issue once but the support person who helped me knew exactly what he was doing. He was pleasant to deal with and made the whole process way better than I expected.
Cons
umm the fingerprint requirement is always the same, which gets annoying when I just want some flexibility in how I access things.

Pros
The customer service team is amazing, everyone I've dealt with has been knowledgeable, polite and professional.
Cons
Management needs to follow through on their promises instead of making commitments they have no intention of keeping. It's frustrating when expectations aren't met.
