Pros

They took all the annoying parts of hiring and automated them. Posting jobs everywhere, sorting through resumes, getting interviews on the calendar it all just happens now. Plus they give you all the stuff you need for extending offers, running background checks and making sure you're not accidentally breaking any labor laws.

Cons

Compared to other HR tech companies out there ExactHire charges quite a bit more for what they offer.

Found this app to be excellent for HR management. The document module was a real help, simplifying the paperwork during onboarding and keeping all documents in one place. Customizing roles and workflows was well-executed; the controls are intuitive and accessible, and the notifications and triggers are effective and adjustable as needed. I also appreciated the reporting features, including tables, dashboards, and graphs.

I'm pleased with the app as it stands, but I think it could be enhanced by integrating with LinkedIn or other systems like payroll. That seems like a potential area for improvement, but other than that, I don't have any complaints.

I also really liked how reports came back as tables, dashboards and graphs instead of just ugly walls of text.

The app worked fine for me as-is. It would be really cool if it hooked into LinkedIn somehow or talked to payroll systems. That feels like the obvious next step. Other than that though I've got nothing bad to say.

I had to add the OFCCP compliance feature for an additional fee.

ExactHire is easy for applicants to use and connects well with job boards.

Cons

Some parts of the navigation are not very simple. I'd appreciate a simpler way to print job postings. Customizing applications isn't very intuitive either, as it requires creating job questions separately.

I absolutely love how easy it is to navigate through the system and grasp its features. The interface is designed in such a way that everything is intuitive and simple, making it incredibly easy to understand and use.

I really appreciate how easy it is for hiring managers to use, and the mobile-friendly features are great.

Cons

When an applicant is disqualified, I'd like an automated "no thank you" email to be sent. Once a hiring manager disqualifies a candidate, they seem to vanish and are out of sight, out of mind.

If I had to choose one thing, it would be how effortless it is to use. It genuinely simplifies my HR job posting and tracking, making it far easier than managing everything separately.

Cons

There's no word count feature in the job description area. It would be helpful if it showed A) the word/space count and B) the limitations for each job board ad. (I'm not sure if this is feasible, but it would be useful!) 2) When creating a Job Board ad, it would be helpful to see which ones are free and which are paid when searching. It takes some time to sift through them for this information.

The product is simple to use, with clearly defined categories that are easy to switch between from the main screen to any detail screen.
