“Applicants don't get confused”

Pros

People applying don't get confused which is huge and hooking up all the different job boards just works.

Cons

Some of the menus and buttons don't really make sense at first. And printing job postings should be way simpler than it is. Building out applications is also not obvious, especially having to create all the job questions completely separate from everything else.

“Simple navigation and friendly”

Pros

The whole thing is so simple to move around in and nothing feels confusing.

Cons

Nothing right now. Knock on wood, hope it stays that way.

Most of the time it's pretty friendly to use and the support team is legit excellent.

Cons

When applicants apply to multiple jobs it'd be nice if their whole profile followed them including stuff the admin uploaded for them. Right now it doesn't.

You can pick this up fast without anyone holding your hand. And there's a ton of room to tweak things to fit how you work.

Cons

I really wish there was a direct connection to LinkedIn. That's such an obvious miss.

“applicants organized and multi-board is a blast”

Pros

Having all our applicants flow in organized instead of scattered everywhere has been great. Plus being able to blast openings out to multiple job boards at once saves so much time.

Cons

The only bad thing I can say is I don't get to use it more, but that's just because we're not hiring at the moment.

“Hiring managers love the simplicity”

Pros

The hiring managers at my company love how simple this is for them. And the fact that it actually works on phones makes everyone's life easier.

Cons

When we disqualify someone, I wish an automatic "thanks but no thanks" email would fire off. Right now, the second a hiring manager marks someone as disqualified, that candidate just vanishes into thin air and nobody ever thinks about them again.

Pros

You can just use this thing without thinking too hard. All the categories make sense and jumping from the main application screen into any detail screen takes one click.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about this software.

There's not much I dislike about the software. There are occasional glitches, but they are resolved quickly.

Nothing comes to mind right now. ExactHire has met and often exceeded our expectations. If they expand their services, I'd like to see them get involved in social media as a recruitment platform linked to our open positions on ExactHire.

I can message candidates and collaborate with the hiring team without leaving the ExactHire system. It saves me valuable time because everything I need during the hiring process is in one place. From the applicant's perspective, it's also a great experience. I've heard feedback from candidates saying that applying to other jobs was cumbersome and off-putting, but applying through ExactHire was smooth. This reassures me that ExactHire's software isn't discouraging candidates and helps ensure maximum participation from qualified applicants. Finally, the staff at ExactHire is unbeatable! From the customer service team to the technical staff and management, we've always received exceptional support and care. Since business involves people, it's great to enjoy working with such a fantastic team. These guys are amazing!

Cons

I'd really have to think hard to find something because the ExactHire system does what we need and more. It performs very well, is cost-effective, and applicants enjoy using it. ExactHire is transparent and provides a list of upcoming features, so as our company grows, I'm confident the ExactHire platform will grow with us.
