There's no word count feature in the job description area. It would be helpful if it showed A) the word/space count and B) the limitations for each job board ad. (I'm not sure if this is feasible, but it would be useful!) 2) When creating a Job Board ad, it would be helpful to see which ones are free and which are paid when searching. It takes some time to sift through them for this information.
