Pros
I found it very easy to use. What I appreciate most is how well it scales with our organization's growth. This tool absolutely excels at automating the entire exit process, which saves us tons of time. The customization options are amazing. HR leaders can choose from 4 different levels based on their budget and needs. I love that it offers SaaS, cloud and web-based deployment options for flexibility. Plus, there's both a free trial and a free version available to test things out.
Cons
Setting up the organizational structure for reporting purposes can be pretty frustrating and time-consuming.

Pros
The platform truly stands out as a top-tier exit interview solution. I appreciate that there's no software to download or install and everything runs smoothly in the browser. What really makes my job easier are the customizable features and ready-made templates that save tons of time.
Cons
Creating reports takes way too long and can be pretty challenging to figure out. Also, I get frustrated when I want to add my own questions but can't because the standard templates dont allow it.

Pros
Everything gets stored in one central location, which makes the whole process transparent. Its simple to get the hang of and I've heard positive feedback from other team members who use it separately as well.
Cons
The only downside is that I didn't get any discount when signing up, but honestly everything else has been good so far.

Getting the hang of organizing and running exit interviews has been convenient with this tool. After using it for a while, everything makes sense. From what I've experienced compared to other options, this one really stands out as a solid choice.
Cons
It's hard to grasp especially for someone like me who's new to this type of system. While everything functions as it should, I really think they could offer better guidance for first-time users. Beyond that, I dont see much that needs fixing.

The survey section is really easy to understand which makes the whole experience user-friendly for departing employees. It covers all the essential needs without any confusion.
Cons
I think the templates aren't very customizable unless you're paying for the higher-tier plans which is frustrating when you need specific formatting.

Keeps all employee information organized and accessible, making it simple for staff to handle exit procedures. Management can easily pull progress reports to stay on top of things and respond when needed.
Cons
The pricing structure feels a bit limiting since you need to upgrade for most of the useful features. Template customization is locked behind the advanced tier, which seems unnecessary. It would be nice if basic users could atleast modify templates too. The vendor should really consider making these options more accessible across all plan levels.

Pros
I love having a dedicated tool for this aspect of HR work. This area often gets overlooked since it typically happens at the end of an employee's journey with the company.
Cons
Premium subscription cost felt pretty high so I ended up having to ask the team for help to get us set up for testing.
