“Reliable HR operations management

Pros

We literally run our entire HR and TLM operations with this tool. Hundreds of blue collar employees punch in and out in low reception areas and I'm impressed that this tool handles it without skipping a beat.

Cons

Nothing too major to report, though I occasionally need to contact support about setting up PTO which was a bit confusing at first.

Pros

It has been super helpful for me in managing large amounts of employee timecards across multiple customers. I rely on its next level features like facial verification, which is impressively accurate, reviewing missing punches in real time and monitoring location boundaries. Deploying devices and setting up customers has been easy which has been a huge help for my staffing agency.

Cons

Sometimes I notice a few features need unusual workflows or setups and some pricing for extra work or reports feels a little high.

“Easy biometric attendance tracking

Pros

I find this platform very easy to use and the simple UI makes it simple for employees to adapt quickly. With the biometric attendance system, I can ensure the authenticity of attendance, preventing proxy punches.

Cons

I've seen issues with the geofencing system at the plant since it's on the outskirts. The location tracking could be more precise, even in low bandwidth areas.

“Comprehensive HR features

Pros

Well, the platform offers really useful features, including biometric authentication, leave management and payroll management and I notice that it tracks time extremely well. I especially appreciate the offline feature, it's the cherry on top.

Cons

Pricing seems a bit high for small organizations. I think more flexible customization would help make it accessible for smaller teams.
