Pros
We literally run our entire HR and TLM operations with this tool. Hundreds of blue collar employees punch in and out in low reception areas and I'm impressed that this tool handles it without skipping a beat.
Cons
Nothing too major to report, though I occasionally need to contact support about setting up PTO which was a bit confusing at first.

Deploying devices and setting up customers has been easy which has been a huge help for my staffing agency.
