Pros
Fingercheck is very helpful for us to have employees clock in through their system, consolidating all payroll information in one place for easy processing. I would say that this is an ideal choice for a company with many employees.
Cons
One challenge is that payroll requires two business days to process and cannot be completed after 4:30 PM.

Pros
The customer service and tech support have been excellent. Whenever we encounter issues, they respond quickly and assist us, even developing custom reports as needed.
Cons
The software has some glitches and bugs. Managing employee app accounts and online access is difficult, and obtaining a comprehensive list of employee data is also a bit complex. The main employee database could benefit from having many more fields available.
