Signing up was a breeze, and the pricing details are readily available on their website.
Cons
Navigating their website menus is nonsensical and makes it incredibly difficult to find anything. They impose account holds for issues they themselves cause, which prevents us from paying our employees. They filed our taxes incorrectly, leading to additional expenses for refiling. Doing business with them is excessively challenging.

Its HR portal is godsend as it allows me to ask any HR-related questions through instant messaging and receive quick responses from experts.
Cons
When I run payroll, I have to manually calculate mileage reimbursement and enter it as a negative number. This process is a bit tedious and time-consuming. I have also faced a few challenges with adjusting employees PTO.

Cons
I did prefer a cleaner layout. It feels like there are now too many options and settings visible at once and creating custom reports is not as simple as I did like.

Logging into the phone is easy and quick. It simplifies life and makes remembering passwords much easier and safer.
Cons
The position of the interface is too high up on the device. There is no limit on the number of login attempts for sites like banking, which I think can lead to security issues.

Having clock and payroll functions in one place eliminates the need for importing and exporting. With Fingercheck software I can handle all taxes and refunds, and its customer service is also excellent.
Cons
Downloading multiple reports at once is difficult and to access pay stubs for a single person, so I have to go into every payroll individually.

With everything integrated into one system, monitoring employee time, attendance, vacation and sick days is much easier. The employee login feature is fantastic. I no longer receive daily calls about available sick and vacation days.
Cons
Generating my own reports is a bit trickey and the interface could use an update. The response time for online chat is also slow.

As a payroll supervisor for a company that processes payroll three times a week for over 1,200 employees, I have found Fingercheck to be an excellent choice for us. The customer service has been outstanding. It is incredibly helpful throughout our payroll transition. Adding new employees is also a simple task and processing payroll takes just a few clicks. Its app is fantastic as our field employees can access their pay stubs, update their addresses and request time off without needing to call our office. For anyone looking for a payroll processing and time-tracking solution, I highly recommend Fingercheck.
Cons
I find the time cards feature a bit challenging to use because the software requires several steps to view and enter hours for only active employees. There is a bug that occasionally resets check numbers to 0, which complicates positive pay, though we manage to handle it. It would also be great if the website were displayed in full screen.

It is very helpful with nearly everything. The phone app has made things much easier for all our field employees and as a result, our call volume has decreased by more than half.
Cons
Sometimes, calls take a little longer to be answered, but once they do, they efficiently resolve all my issues, including any Excel-related questions I have.

Cons
The software has some glitches and bugs. Managing employee app accounts and online access is difficult, and obtaining a comprehensive list of employee data is also a bit complex. The main employee database could benefit from having many more fields available.
