Pros
Signing up was a breeze, and the pricing details are readily available on their website.
Cons
Navigating their website menus is nonsensical and makes it incredibly difficult to find anything. They impose account holds for issues they themselves cause, which prevents us from paying our employees. They filed our taxes incorrectly, leading to additional expenses for refiling. Doing business with them is excessively challenging.

Cons
When I run payroll, I have to manually calculate mileage reimbursement and enter it as a negative number. This process is a bit tedious and time-consuming. I have also faced a few challenges with adjusting employees PTO.

Cons

Having clock and payroll functions in one place eliminates the need for importing and exporting. With Fingercheck software I can handle all taxes and refunds, and its customer service is also excellent.
Cons
Downloading multiple reports at once is difficult and to access pay stubs for a single person, so I have to go into every payroll individually.

With everything integrated into one system, monitoring employee time, attendance, vacation and sick days is much easier. The employee login feature is fantastic. I no longer receive daily calls about available sick and vacation days.
Cons
Generating my own reports is a bit trickey and the interface could use an update. The response time for online chat is also slow.

The customer service has been outstanding. It is incredibly helpful throughout our payroll transition. Adding new employees is also a simple task and processing payroll takes just a few clicks. Its app is fantastic as our field employees can access their pay stubs, update their addresses and request time off without needing to call our office. For anyone looking for a payroll processing and time-tracking solution, I highly recommend Fingercheck.
Cons
I find the time cards feature a bit challenging to use because the software requires several steps to view and enter hours for only active employees. There is a bug that occasionally resets check numbers to 0, which complicates positive pay, though we manage to handle it. It would also be great if the website were displayed in full screen.
