excellent onboarding and performance tracking

Pros

Managing new employee onboarding and keeping up with performance has been much better with this platform. The application is user friendly and very simple to implement which made getting started simple. I use it regularly (almost every day) to monitor employee performance and it offers a variety of features that help improve how employees perform over time. It also integrates well with other relevant software and I'm genuinely impressed with how it works overall.

Cons

Their customer support is helpful but at times the response can be quite slow.

powerful AI insights and support

Pros

One thing that really stands out with this platform is how quickly the team responds and how strong the customer support has been. On top of that the built in AI is genuinely helpful especially when it comes to identifying pain points and turning them into concrete actions. The platform fits our needs well and helps us automate certain processes by using AI to pull meaningful insights from qualitative data which lets us make more targeted decisions based on our KPIs. This has given us another more precise way to evaluate data through AI powered features like correlation analysis, sentiment analysis and benchmark comparisons. It's also especially useful for us as a decentralized company since the interface connection makes it simple to split data into predefined groups. Another valuable feature is that it suggests additional survey questions based on the analysis. Altogether this has significantly improved how we evaluate data and helped us define our KPIs and action points more effectively.

Cons

At the moment we are still working on improving a few processes. One area is creating a more smooth login experience for employees when accessing the platform and another is refining which metrics we need and how they are displayed on the dashboard. Right now employees have to use two separate tools (JobDone and this one) to reach the survey tool and that currently creates a hurdle. We are also still in the process of training employees so they better understand the benefits of the survey tool. Since this involves several factors and third party providers like JobDone it naturally takes some time and is not solely dependent on this platform. Even so we are confident these challenges will be solved through continued collaboration.
