“Easy and clean Interface

Pros

I appreciate how easy this system is to use. Submitting claims is so simple and stress free. Plus, getting reminders about benefits that are about to expire shows that they really care about their customers and those little things make all the difference. I also love that they notify me when my claim gets approved.

Cons

Honestly, it'd be so much better if they sent an email whenever a claim gets denied. That would definitely make things a lot easier.

“Helpful catalog with room for improvement

Pros

I really love the reimbursement feature especially for stuff that's not even in their catalog. It's very easy to get reimbursed and the team handles it fast.

Cons

I really wish there was a way to use our Forma account to pay for things instead of having to pay out of pocket first. Also, it would be awesome if there were more athletic gear options available.

Pros

The online dashboard is easy to use. I can quickly search for eligible expenses, check my balance, see submitted claims and easily submit new ones, it's all right there.

Cons

The only downside is having to wait for the payroll cycle to get reimbursed. I wish there was an option for immediate transfers to my bank account.

“Incredible savings and amazing support!!!!!

Pros

I have to say, this platform is so well thought out and easy to use. The customer support team is amazing which makes a huge difference. Whenever there's an issue (and there will be), knowing I can count on support is everything. The whole implementation process was smooth and the integration was easy thanks to their awesome team.

Cons

I haven't had any issues so far but I'll update this if something comes up.
