“Easy and effective tool

Pros

The hours and wages calculator is great and I appreciate the public holiday updates.

Cons

It would be nice if there were more colours for the roster and it would help if deleting shifts was simpler.

Pros

I find it to be really fast and easy for rostering and payroll. Plus its super useful for keeping track of employee compliance. Such a great tool!

Cons

Theres nothing big but sometimes theres a system glitch that prevents me from using the platform the way I want. Other than that its pretty userfriendly.

Super easy to get hang of it. The steps are simple to follow and the layout makes everything clear.

Would love to be able to add notes before approving shifts. Right now if I add a note, I have to approve the shift immediately.

The rostering, timesheets and payroll features are awesome, along with that, team is super friendly and customer service is quick to help me whenever I need it. The Q&A feature is also a lifesaver when youre learning the platform.

Cons

The tool works great but I would really like to see a few more report options or something that could help with WGEA reporting.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. The drag and drop feature for shifting employees around is greatt. Copying and pasting shifts is a big time saver and the award test is a perfect extra feature.

Cons

I'm unable to copy and paste a roster for just one employee from one week to the next which is a bit annoying.

Pros

Its worth mentioning that this tool comes with great management capabilities. The budget allocation for weekly and daily rosters helps keep everything on track. Plus admins can apply for staff leave when theyre unable to do it themselves.

Cons

The auto approval feature doesnt always work as expected.

“Convenient and efficient payroll platform

Pros

This platform is very user friendly and comes with solid features for rostering, timesheet approvals and generating reports. The support is quick and cooperative which is such a nice change from other payroll platforms.

Cons

The reports werent great at first but in the past six months they've improved a lot and our clients are really impressed with the data we can now export.

“Excellent payroll software

Pros

foundU is super fast and easy to use. It makes processing weekly pays a lot easier. There are rarely any issues but when there are, the resource articles are easy to follow and I can usually find what I need most of the times.

Cons

It would be awesome if the app could work on mobile devices without phone service or WiFi. If employees could still clock in and out and the data would update once they're reconnected, that would make a huge difference. Also, a security update is needed to prevent the app from using personal device time and date settings which could be incorrect or easily changed by an untrustworthy employee.
