reliable scheduling and real time access

Pros

Running my restaurant in Northern Virginia has been much more manageable with this app. It's helped me handle scheduling, forecasting and even access financial aid resources and information. Since it works both on the web and on a mobile phone app, my staff can check what they need from anywhere and I can monitor updates in real time. The system has been improving noticeably with each update which has been good to see. At around $3 per user each month the pricing feels very reasonable. Support is also easy to reach whenever it's needed. The AI features are still developing but I can see them becoming useful over the next few years.

Cons

The platform does come across as a little dated although it does seem to be gradually modernizing. The AI also isn't especially effective yet. Even so my staff have no trouble scheduling their shifts and making changes whenever necessary.

helpful shortcuts for scheduling

Pros

The keyboard shortcuts and how simple it is to build schedules and track trends have been really useful.

Cons

When our restaurant extended its hours a programming change created problems with labor analysis because the 'close of day' time was set earlier than our actual closing time.
