“super easy interface and back office handling
Pros
This platform has this amazingly user-friendly interface that makes everything super easy. Basically, I can help my clients hire locum or temporary staff and with FoxHire handling the back office, my candidates get all the full-service benefits that the big staffing companies offer. It's like a secret weapon. I'm even hearing that some large companies are starting to use them for how easy it is. I'm honestly impressed and can't wait to move all our temporary positions over to it. The difference in the amount of work I have to do when I use them versus when I don't is honestly comical. They save me so much time.
Cons
Hmm.. seriously there is nothing I dislike. The people are just wonderful. As a recruiter, we got a client account leader, Alex and he is always so easy to get ahold of. You can tell he genuinely wants us to be successful. He makes the whole process easy so yeah nothing to dislike here.

“Simple and reliable back-office solution
Pros
It took care of all the back-office stuff for my staffing agency and getting started was so simple. I got my own portal and my client and their candidates each got their own too. The team made sure all the documents got sent to everyone and followed up to make sure they were all signed and processed on time. I also really like that they are a reputable company. None of us, me, my clients or the candidates, ever had a single issue with getting paid on time.
Cons
I didn't have any issues while using the service. The recruiting portal is easy to use and the whole team is super responsive. Every question I had was answered promptly.

“handles details quickly
Pros
The tool just handles all the nitty-gritty details. I give them the basics and they run with it and get it done quickly even when we are up against a tight deadline.
Cons
Rarely our rep does not respond right away via email. Also the time difference can be a real bummer when we are up against tight deadlines. It might be nice if they added a late-shift staff member to help with that.

whole team's communication is fantastic. Whenever an issue pops up, it's usually resolved within the hour.
Cons
Sometimes I do have to spend a bit of time hunting around for a specific function. It is not always super obvious where the tool I need is hiding.

When I have questions, the customer service is top-notch. It's also really easy to use and the cost feels fair for what you get.
Cons
Actually I think I'd like to understand the reporting a little better. I know the data is in there and I've poked around before but I could really use a little more training on it to get the most out of it.

“Leveling the playing field for small firms

product basically lets us, a small firm, play in the staffing space. It lets us compete with the "big dogs" in recruiting which is huge for us.

The people at FoxHire always go above and beyond in everything they do! They always answer the phone and are genuinely there to help out however they can. The service is amazing and their platform is quick to learn and easy to use. Seriously, thank you FoxHire!

“timely support with room for price improvement
Pros
Love the timely and proactive customer experience. If I'm ever troubleshooting a problem someone is right there to help. Having a designated Account Manager instead of just a generic "help" feature makes all the difference.
Cons
I do think the prices are a bit inflated. No other major concerns. I would like them to be a little more proactive when it comes to chasing down past due invoices from my end clients though.
