“a wonderful collaboration experience

Pros

I'm happy with how smooth everything has been from start to finish. The user-friendly interface made it so easy for our contractors to use. It really exceeded my expectations. The support team was super responsive and helpful the whole time, making sure everything went well. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a hassle-free hiring experience.

Cons

Looking back at past agreements or finding previous candidates for reference isn't as simple as it could be and the functionality there definitely needs some work.

I'm really happy with it! Everything went smooth from the start. The platform is easy to use and my contractors had no trouble with it. it was even better than I hoped. Cons

If I had to be picky the platform functionality for going back to look at old agreements or candidate info could be a little better. It works but tweaking it would make quick reference a lot easier.

The dashboard is awesome and the reports are really easy to understand, everything just clicks without needing much explanation.

James Wilson always gets back to me quickly with answers. If he doesn't know something right away, he'll look into it and respond fast. The whole process, from getting started to submitting timecards and weekly reports is simple and well organized.

Cons

The fees feel high compared to other EEO organizations, though I know they're working on that. I also wish there was support for placing candidates internationally with different currencies.

“amazing customer support

Pros

Shout out to my rep Alex Wilson! The guy is always on it. Whenever I have a question he either knows the answer right away or finds it and gets back to me super fast. Plus the whole process with it from bringing someone on to submitting their hours and getting the weekly reports...is just clear and organized. No headaches.

Cons

Well I will say I felt their fees were high compared to some other organizations I looked at but I know they are working on that. I also wish they could place candidates in other countries and handle different currencies that would be a game-changer for me.

I run a company called Recruits Lab and I have to say, teaming up with FoxHire has been a game-changer. They handle all the boring back-end stuff for my contract recruiting and they are just amazing. They are a full-on Employer of Record so they take care of onboarding, payroll and compliance which makes hiring very smooth.

I don't dislike anything about it. They have been great, plain and simple.

I really appreciate having a dedicated account manager who's always ready to help out. My current account manager, Adam, is fantastic and makes everything so much easier.

The only thing I'd change is adding an automated calculator for conversion fees otherwise, I really can't complain about anything.

The best part is how simple everything is. I don't have to deal with all the complicated backend stuff or liability issues.

I haven't found anything to complain about so far. Some of our contractors do struggle with navigating the portal though.

I just love that I have my own dedicated person to talk to. My account manager is Lynette Garay and she is seriously awesome. Always ready to help me out with whatever I need.

No dislikes so far. The only minor thing I have noticed is that it seems like some of my contractors have a little trouble navigating the portal but it has not been a big issue for me personally.

I can easily keep track of how many hours my contractors work and the system automatically generates invoices for clients based on our agreed terms. The payroll runs smoothly without any errors and everyone gets paid on time.

Their customer service has been awesome with fast response times. They also seem to have low turnover which helps with consistency. Whenever we need changes to placements, they happen quickly.

Sometimes it takes me a while to locate specific functions since the interface could be more intuitive. Other than that, I don't really see many downsides to speak of.

Pros

FoxHire makes it so easy to keep track of my contractor's hours. They handle sending out the invoices to my clients based on our agreement and payroll is always spot-on. My contractors get paid on time, every time which is the most important thing.

Cons

I don't think there are a lot of downsides at all. The only improvement I could see is maybe making the software interface a tad more user-friendly. Sometimes I have to click around for a minute to find the specific function I need.

Pros

The customer service is just fantastic. Whenever I reach out someone gets back to me super quickly. It also seems like people actually stay working there which is great because I get to work with the same folks and everything stays consistent. If I ever need to make a change to a placement, it happens fast.

Cons

Literally nothing. I mean, are they the cheapest option out there? No. But is it worth the cost? Absolutely, yes.

I really like the user interface..it's nice to use. And the benefits they offer to my contractors are a big plus. The whole team is always super helpful to work with. It's also a really cool feature that you can do "predictions" about your gross profit.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. We had a couple of little misunderstandings along the way but they were solved so quickly and efficiently that it was a non-issue.

“Cuts down on office work

Pros

biggest upside for me, being someone who is all about sales, is that it cuts way down on my office work. I can focus on what I do best.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike. I just wish I had found them sooner...it would have made my life so much easier! But that's on me, not them.

“good pricing with great service

Pros

I appreciate that it is straight up about their pricing. No hidden fees. Their calculators and online deal tracking are super transparent and my rep is always around if I have a specific question.

Cons

I think the pricing could be a little lower but honestly I'm okay paying a bit more for quality service like this.
