Cons

I'm really happy with it! Everything went smooth from the start. The platform is easy to use and my contractors had no trouble with it. it was even better than I hoped. If I had to be picky the platform functionality for going back to look at old agreements or candidate info could be a little better. It works but tweaking it would make quick reference a lot easier.

James Wilson always gets back to me quickly with answers. If he doesn't know something right away, he'll look into it and respond fast. The whole process, from getting started to submitting timecards and weekly reports is simple and well organized.
Cons
The fees feel high compared to other EEO organizations, though I know they're working on that. I also wish there was support for placing candidates internationally with different currencies.

Shout out to my rep Alex Wilson! The guy is always on it. Whenever I have a question he either knows the answer right away or finds it and gets back to me super fast. Plus the whole process with it from bringing someone on to submitting their hours and getting the weekly reports...is just clear and organized. No headaches.
Cons
Well I will say I felt their fees were high compared to some other organizations I looked at but I know they are working on that. I also wish they could place candidates in other countries and handle different currencies that would be a game-changer for me.

I run a company called Recruits Lab and I have to say, teaming up with FoxHire has been a game-changer. They handle all the boring back-end stuff for my contract recruiting and they are just amazing. Cons
No dislikes so far. The only minor thing I have noticed is that it seems like some of my contractors have a little trouble navigating the portal but it has not been a big issue for me personally.

FoxHire makes it so easy to keep track of my contractor's hours. They handle sending out the invoices to my clients based on our agreement and payroll is always spot-on. My contractors get paid on time, every time which is the most important thing.
Cons
I don't think there are a lot of downsides at all. The only improvement I could see is maybe making the software interface a tad more user-friendly. Sometimes I have to click around for a minute to find the specific function I need.

Basically, I can help my clients hire locum or temporary staff and with FoxHire handling the back office, my candidates get all the full-service benefits that the big staffing companies offer. It's like a secret weapon. I'm even hearing that some large companies are starting to use them for how easy it is. I'm honestly impressed and can't wait to move all our temporary positions over to it. The difference in the amount of work I have to do when I use them versus when I don't is honestly comical. They save me so much time.

Hmm.. seriously there is nothing I dislike. The people are just wonderful. As a recruiter, we got a client account leader, Alex and he is always so easy to get ahold of. You can tell he genuinely wants us to be successful. He makes the whole process easy so yeah nothing to dislike here.

It took care of all the back-office stuff for my staffing agency and getting started was so simple. I got my own portal and my client and their candidates each got their own too. The team made sure all the documents got sent to everyone and followed up to make sure they were all signed and processed on time. I also really like that they are a reputable company. None of us, me, my clients or the candidates, ever had a single issue with getting paid on time.
Cons

Love the timely and proactive customer experience. If I'm ever troubleshooting a problem someone is right there to help. Having a designated Account Manager instead of just a generic "help" feature makes all the difference.
