I really like how simple the setup process is and the automation features work perfectly with both email and chat systems without any problems.
Cons
The customization options are limited when it comes to more complex workflows. It works fine for basic stuff, but it really falls short if you have specific needs.

“Average CRM with good integration”
Pros
Having used Freshworks CRM and Freshdesk, I can say the user experience here is very interactive and easy to use. The kanban board feature which shows exactly where each candidate is in the process, works really well. Their customer support team is awesome too and they got everything up and running quickly.
Cons
Customizing it for complex organizational structures is a real challenge. The workflow and access options just don't support matrix setups very well. Also, the CRM part is lacking compared to what industry leaders offer especially if you're managing an enterprise. If you're after a full HRMS solution, this doesn't really cut it beyond the ATS features. It's missing a lot of core functionalities.

“recruitment simplified and improved”
Pros
The interface is really clean and easy to use. The ATS functionality is great for tracking all candidate details and you can add custom fields when you need more information. There's no limit on how many job postings you can create and each one can be assigned to specific recruiters. The reporting section is my favorite and the analytics are very advanced and give great insights into our hiring workflow. It has really streamlined how we track candidates and made reviewing applications and scheduling interviews a lot easier for the whole team.
Cons
Once a job is closed or put on hold, all the candidates linked to it get automatically moved back to the talent pool. This is really frustrating because you can't even see who was originally assigned to that position, so it's hard to track who was being considered for what role.

Pros
I appreciate how this optimizes our team communication and keeps projects organized. It has made our collaboration much more efficient and I've noticed a big improvement in overall productivity. The leave tracking and attendance features are great for managers who need to keep track of time management across the team.
Cons
The mobile app is very basic compared to the desktop version. I wish it had more features so I could get the same experience on both devices.

“streamlines hiring with minor drawbacks”
Pros
personally, the report generation feature has been a game-changer for us. We can track every stage of a candidate's recruitment journey, whether we need daily, weekly or monthly updates. Once you set the key attributes you want to track, it runs on its own. I love how customizable the criteria are and the automated email delivery on your preferred schedule is super convenient.
Cons
There are some bugs that keep showing up with error messages. They don't happen all the time but when they do, it really slows things down especially when you need to hire quickly. One of the most annoying things is when I draft an email to candidates and after sending it, I get a 404 error page. It's weird because the email still gets sent, sometimes even twice to the same person. This makes the whole process feel really awkward and frustrating.

“Disappointing overall experience”
Pros
The automated appointment reminders and follow-up features caught my eye initially but setting everything up was way more complicated than I expected.
Cons
I prepaid for the whole year to save money but when my assistant started setting everything up, it turned out to be way more complicated and time-consuming than we expected. We ended up switching to Thryv and got more done in one week than we did in a month with this platform. Unfortunately, their return policy meant I lost my entire year's payment but the simplicity of the new solution made that financial hit worth it. Definitely learned my lesson about paying upfront before fully testing things out.

The integration with job boards like Naukri and Indeed just doesn't work properly. I'm not getting any candidate profiles from Naukri, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of having that connection in the first place.

“Not happy with the customer service”
Pros
The HRMS has clearly been thoughtfully designed but I've faced quite a few bugs while using it. When I run into issues, finding a solution can be really tough.
Cons
The server can be really slow and response times can be pretty frustrating. Getting support from the team is like pulling teeth and they barely respond to issues.
