Pros
The customer service is unparalleled, possibly the best I have experienced across any industry. The product is incredibly user-friendly and the implementation process was the smoothest I have experienced in 30 years of HR work. This is my second time implementing FUSE and both times, it has exceeded expectations with its superior product and service. I cannot praise FUSE enough!
Cons
I have not encountered any issues. The team at FUSE is unparalleled in any industry. Their responsiveness, helpfulness and speed are exceptional, far surpassing even the fast service of Jimmy Johns!
