We've really appreciated how easily we can customize it to fit our needs. We switched from another platform and the Fuse team walked us through many things we either couldn't do before or hadn't realized were possible. The employee self-service choices are extensive and I'm using the tutorials now to learn how to build surveys. It's nice to make changes ourselves instead of having to ask Fuse to handle them. Setup was excellent too, with a clear project plan shared through Monday. We're pleased enough with the tool that we've been recommending it to anyone we know looking for payroll and/or HRIS.
Cons
I wish there were a way to retrieve emails sent from the recruiting module. Not being able to access those messages is a serious liability and it may lead me to stop using that feature. If someone ever asked me about an email sent through it, I'd have no way to respond. The HR rule that undocumented things didn't happen really applies here since I have no record at all of the communications sent through the module.

“thoughtful UKG Ready implementation”
Pros
After more than five years working with the UKG Ready platform, I appreciated how their team adapted our implementation to my background. They made good use of my system knowledge while bringing their deeper expertise to suggest stronger setups and approaches. I was repeatedly impressed by the solutions different team members came up with. The system can do far more than I had understood. Fuse consistently showed how committed they were to getting our setup right, putting in many hours of configuration, research and testing to deliver results that met or exceeded what we expected.
Cons
Implementation was the most organized process I've come across. Using a Monday.com board helped everyone stay focused on priorities, tasks and deadlines. In earlier implementations, I dealt with spreadsheets, crowded email threads, communication problems and much more configuration work left to us than by the provider. Fuse instead handled major system configuration projects I had assumed would fall to me. That gave me more time to manage the move from our previous systems. The team asked the right questions and then took my responses and carried the work forward.
