“quick but support isn't that great

Pros

It really helps me get things done and the interface is very easy for the team to use.

Cons

The system has its share of glitches that pop up a lot. I've noticed some calculation errors which can be really frustrating when I need accurate numbers. Also, their support response time could definitely be quicker and it often takes way too long to get a reply.

Sometimes, the staff have issues with glitches when they're clocking in or out.

The smart scheduling features aren't available right now which is disappointing.

I occasionally can't log in and have to try multiple times before it actually works.
