Pros

It really helps me get things done and the interface is very easy for the team to use.

Cons

The system has its share of glitches that pop up a lot. I've noticed some calculation errors which can be really frustrating when I need accurate numbers. Also, their support response time could definitely be quicker and it often takes way too long to get a reply.

I occasionally can't log in and have to try multiple times before it actually works.

Visual displays are amazing and I love how it breaks down attendance info. It makes spotting trends so much easier.

BI reports sometimes show incorrect data, probably due to issues with background updates.

The main hour management feature for factory operations is awesome. I really find it helpful.
