Pros
Setting this up and using it has been incredibly simple and I appreciate being able to reach our frontline staff directly through text, I also notice its value in sending automated welcome messages and follow-up surveys.
Cons
Honestly there aren't any major negatives though it would be handy if I had an automatic signature feature so I didn't always have to remember to include who the message is from. That small convenience would save time and make messages feel more personal.

“HR-integrated tool
Pros
Using this tool has been a real pleasure and I notice our HR system hooks directly into it so the roster is always accurate, I also find engagement surveys achieve excellent participation especially among hourly workers.
Cons
The data the platform provides is very useful and back at my previous company, I had a well-established process for sharing data with employees and collecting feedback. I'd like to see this expanded further and the vendor's team has been helpful in delivering what I needed.

“Great support, app-free communication
Pros
I'm a big fan of their customer support and I find the platform incredibly simple to use, I also appreciate that no apps are required to contact our frontline staff.
Cons
A branching feature that lets me drill into selections like an organizational chart would make navigation clearer. I'm also looking forward to automation capabilities and personalization tokens which I've heard are due in August. I'm genuinely excited about keyword-based responses that let an end user text a word to our custom number and get immediate details.

“simple interface, supportive team
Pros
First off, the people behind this product truly stand out and I notice over time the team has become a genuine partner to our business, I also find the interface extremely easy making communication with frontline staff much simpler.
Cons
Most features I would have mentioned are already slated for the next release and I'm impressed by how quickly they innovate and adapt. One limitation I've noticed is that attaching PDFs isn't currently possible but it's a minor issue compared to the improvements coming soon.

Pros
We rely on this app for team communication and I appreciate how easy it is, no technical background required, I also notice the support crew consistently follows through on their commitments, with Nic going above and beyond whenever needed.
Cons
Nothing about this tool seems lacking for our workflows and I find it meets our basic needs perfectly without extra clutter.
