“easy setup, responsive support
Pros
I really appreciate how easy it is to use and get started and the support team has been fantastic and very responsive to work with. One feature I particularly enjoy is being able to configure automatic triggers that send messages on their own.
Cons
Everything was easy during implementation and I can say the interface is highly convenient and simple to navigate.

Pros
goHappy has truly been one of the best vendors I've worked with in my career. Beyond improving communication and access for frontline workers, they go a step further by helping you interpret trends and improve internal practices. What stands out most for me is the simplicity, no login issues, just one link via text gives employees immediate access to what they need.
Cons
There's really nothing I don't like about goHappy. If I had to say anything, maybe I'd want a feature that's not there yet but honestly, they're so fast about adding stuff, I bet they'll call me soon to try it out.

Pros
I really appreciate how convenient and easy to use this platform is. On top of that, our account reps are consistently polite, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, making every interaction smooth.
Cons
Sometimes when I send out messages, the links don't work right or get a little weird. Not a dealbreaker, just something to watch.

What I like most is the simplicity and range of features. From custom branding to surveys for new hires or emergencies and even companywide texting, it's all easily accessible, and our rep is always responsive.
Cons
So far, we haven't run into anything that bothers us about it. The experience has been smooth throughout.

Pros
The level of customer service we receive is unmatched. Our rep ensures we're maximizing the tool's potential and the interface is so user friendly that it never feels like a chore to use.
Cons
I'd love to be able to upload quick lists as a new group by myself. Our rep always helps us out which is great but it'd be easier if I could just do it without asking each time.

Pros
The best part about goHappy is how quick it is to implement and start using effectively. I was able to onboard my team and begin communicating in no time, thanks to its clean and simple interface.
Cons
It'd be super helpful to export a filtered contact group in one go. I tried it and couldn't figure it out, might've been me messing it up, not sure.

We found this tool to be exactly what our organization needed. Unlike other similar platforms, there was no mobile app to install and no requirement for employees to opt in to use the service. It provides a simple, easy-to-adopt text messaging solution with virtually no learning curve which let us jump in and begin communicating with our staff right away.
Cons
reporting features feel limited and I wish I had more control over creating and managing surveys myself.

I'm impressed by how easy it is to use and I notice my employees don't have to install any app, everyone receives text messages which really helps with engagement and understanding new products so they can explain them to customers.
Cons
Survey results are pushed automatically into a Google Sheet but I'd prefer if I could receive them by email or access a built-in report.

Pros
Honestly this product is incredibly easy to use and I found I could pick it up in about five minutes and send messages almost instantly, I also notice their customer service goes above and beyond whenever support is needed.
Cons
Excited to see how they'll expand integrations and flesh out their product roadmap, I really look forward to future updates. Even though native integrations aren't fully in place yet I find the data upload process smooth enough that the lack of direct integrations rarely gets in the way.
