“simple employee setup

Pros

I was able to set everything up myself and even when I needed to make changes later, it was easy to do. The self service feature for employees is super simple and everything transfers smoothly between the system and the social secretary.

Cons

As of today, there aren't many downsides from my side. The login procedure for the management application takes a bit of time but it's understandable from a security standpoint.
