great for handling HR tasks

Pros

I love how this makes HR tasks so much easier with its clean interface. The automated payroll feature saves me a ton of time and handling leave requests has never been more simple.

Cons

umm I feel like the customization features feel limited in some areas and sometimes it takes longer than I'd like for support to get back to me.

Useful tool with a few admin limitations

Pros

Having everything we need for HR, admin, and accounting all in one place has been a total game-changer. It's made our workflow so much smoother and more efficient

Cons

The backend controls could definitely be simplified and updating things feels a lot more complicated than it should be.

reliable HR and payroll management solution

Pros

Before using this platform, we relied heavily on consulting services for process automation. We faced so many challenges with employee documentation, payroll and leave management. Now, I'm really happy with how it handles payroll and leave processes. The support team is also excellent. As a professional, I find it user-friendly and reliable.

Cons

We haven't really explored all the features our plan includes yet, so there's definitely more we could be using. Other than that, I don't have any major complaints.

Simple & user-friendly interface

Pros

UI is amazing and easy to use. What stands out the most is their customer support and they're always there when you need help and they're fantastic!

Cons

I haven't run into any issues yet, everything's been running smoothly for me so far.

Generally simple to use

Pros

The attendance tracking is super helpful, and generating salary pay slips is a simple task. Its quick, seamless, and takes all the hassle out of the process.

Cons

Tally integration doesn't work properly. Modifying permissions and managing leave types is way too complicated & it's definitely not admin-friendly.

good platform with space for improvement

Pros

It has made handling payroll, leave tracking and attendance so much smoother than before. The self-service portal really stands out. I used it at my last company and was really impressed by how smooth everything was. Managing HR tasks became way easier with all these features in one place.

Cons

UI looks decent but could really use some refinement.

It works but awkward interface

Pros

Handy tool but poor support

Pros

For me, service quality really stands out compared to other platforms I've used. It's simple to get started with and getting it integrated with our existing systems was surprisingly smooth.

Cons

Customer support takes forever to respond and the interface feels really disorganized with functions scattered all over the place.

excellent support & great experience

Pros

According to my experience i think the support team is very responsive, whenever I submit a ticket, I get a reply within minutes. I really appreciate how quick and helpful they are. The interface is also very user-friendly and easy to use.

Cons

Their customization options are pretty limited. Different industries have unique needs, so having more flexibility would save us from having to build everything in-house.

Smooth operation with minimal errors

Pros

The payroll features work incredibly well, and navigating through everything is simplw. It's efficient, intuitive, and makes managing payroll so much easier.

Cons

There's this really frustrating glitch where the system marks an employee as present even when they haven't shown up and it doesn't automatically apply the loss of pay deductions. This needs to be fixed

perfect for small businesses

Pros

Everything feels simple to use and the features work well. Whenever I get stuck, the technical support team is always there to help me sort it out.

Cons

Most of the standard features need to be turned on through the backend which is a bit inconvenient.

Amazing features but customization needs work

Pros

I really appreciate how this streamlines my daily HR responsibilities. The interface is clean. The automated payroll processing and attendance monitoring features have been game-changers for our workflow and the performance management tools save me hours each week.

Cons

The support team's response times for urgent issues could definitely be quicker. It would be great to have a dedicated account team who understands our needs and can handle our requests consistently, instead of having to explain the same problems or feature requests to different people every time.
