Poor experience with support

Pros

I really appreciate how simple the scheduling process is. It makes things easy for me.

Cons

Support has been frustrating. There isn't a phone number to call and I must wait for email replies. The messages feel like worthless automated AI text.

Confusing layout

Pros

This tool had every feature I was looking for including QR codes, scheduling, clocking in and out, a mobile app and GPS tracking.

Cons

I found the way the features are organized extremely confusing and it made the app hard to use, especially for users who aren't technical. The sequence and layout on the mobile app didn't flow logically which was frustrating. On top of that I experienced the worst customer service I've had in a long time, several billing problems were never fixed. Even though I had prepaid days left on my subscription, after I canceled I was blocked from accessing my site.

Customizable software with hard to reach support team

Pros

I'm really impressed by how customizable the software is. I can do practically everything myself without having to contact anyone.

Cons

When I do end up needing help, it's almost impossible to get a response from anyone. They told me certain features would be added in September so when September arrived I emailed to follow up but I never got a reply. I even placed a phone call and left a message with their dispatch team yet here we are in mid-November and there still hasn't been any return contact. That lack of follow-through worries me a lot, especially if I ever needed quick assistance during a critical situation.

Complete solution

Pros

All the tools my guards need to succeed are bundled into a single platform and I find that really makes my day-to-day work much easier

Cons

As my team expands the costs can climb quickly since they charge per guard and I've noticed the GPS tracking isn't always reliable.

affordable product

Pros

One of the things I appreciate is how cost effective it is compared with other systems. The clean, modern layout makes it simple for both my team and the guard on duty to use. I no longer have to manually check every paper report. The reports are accessible on my mobile device which is really handy. My clients are genuinely happy with the client portal. Although some guards don't like being tracked during shifts, I tell them it's for their safety. We noticed a huge jump in our guards' productivity.

Cons

The only aspect that bothers me is the rule preventing my guards from taking breaks outside their scheduled break times which feels restrictive in day to day operations. I'd prefer a little more flexibility with break times, though it's not a major issue overall.

Solid reporting feature

Pros

We used to have clients constantly complaining about a reporting system that was unreliable and slow because we were still sending reports by mail or fax but all of that has changed. Now guards can file updates directly from the site using the mobile app and those reports show up on the Dashboard in our security control room. The client portal also makes it simple to share necessary information with clients in a timely way. Honestly, I didn't expect such a small operational shift to make such a difference for our business. I'd suggest this to any company still handling reports manually. Since putting a solid reporting process in place we've noticed a clear improvement in on-site guard performance. On top of that our communications with clients have become smoother which has helped me and the team earn a stronger reputation in the market.

Cons

I've noticed the app performs best when it's used with a constant internet connection. Although data is cached locally and will sync automatically once the device reconnects, intermittent or no connectivity at a post can still cause problems for guards who can't upload or access fresh reports immediately. Other than that connectivity limitation I haven't experienced any significant issues with the app.

Cost-effective compared to other options

Pros

The reporting system runs smoothly, letting me monitor a guard's performance and movement in real time. GuardsPro looks out for everyone involved, the security manager, the guards themselves and the clients. I find it really simple to update and share reports with all parties. It's much more economical compared to most other apps I've tried yet it offers similarly strong features.

Cons

I noticed the app doesn't support GPS monitoring right now but I've heard they're planning to add that capability soon so I'm eagerly awaiting the update and I hope it will improve tracking reliability.

powerful reporting

Pros

I appreciate the powerful reporting feature, it lets me monitor guard performance in real time. GuardsPro seems designed for both internal control and client-facing use so importing data whenever I need is simple and I don't have to generate separate reports for different users. It packs a lot of features and is budget-friendly.

Cons

Would be nice if they add GPS tracking.

Improved our operations

Pros

Since we started using it to coordinate our security staff, I've noticed clear improvements across our operations. My guards genuinely appreciate that they no longer need to scan and fax reports. Instead, they can submit everything straight from their smartphones. Our clients are happy too because they can just log into the client portal and pull up all the reports whenever they need them. As the security guard manager, I like being able to see at a glance which guard is assigned to which site and I can quickly create site orders and assign guards to multiple locations without any trouble. Compared to other similar systems we've tried in the past, it is much easier to use and is more affordable. I would strongly recommend it to any security guard company looking to organize and improve their operations.

Cons

There are no downsides to it.

Shows each guard's exact location

Pros

we can immediately see which of our security guards have checked in and are currently on a client's premises. Before using it, we often questioned whether a guard was actually present at the site but now we can pinpoint each guard's exact location. Our team also uploads all reports digitally through the mobile app which makes record keeping so much easier. I would definitely recommend this solution to any security guard company looking for reliable tracking.

Way simpler than other platforms

Pros

What I appreciate most is how much simpler it is to use compared with other security patrol platforms. Assigning guards to client sites is remarkably simple and sharing the mobile app link so they can install the free app on their phones is easy. I find the reporting layout very user-friendly. On top of that, the client patrol feature is great, clients can log in without confusion and quickly view their reports whenever they need to.

Cons

I don�t have any complaints since it works very well.
