repetitive aptitude tests for each job

Pros

There is nothing literally nothing good to say.

Cons

The test is not saved or linked to the candidates email. Also it is frustrating because if we need 10 CVs from 10 companies using the test, we have to redo the same test 10 times without even knowing the outcome.

Pros

It allows us to select candidates based on their skills and helps us find the right people for both the position and the company.

Cons

Well it is constantly improving, with many areas that could still be better. However the communication with the team is very open and they have made several updates that have only enhanced the service.

Pros

The ability to extract detailed profiles makes it easier to find the right employees, it also allows us to clearly identify key traits that indicate whether someone is a good fit for the company.

Cons

We were unable to integrate it properly with our �Work With Us� page.

Revolutionary product

Pros

Guru Jobs platform is excellent, practical and functional. The service can be hard to understand at first but once we learn how it works, it becomes indispensable.

Cons

Some features could definitely be improved but they are really just minor details, nothing too major or urgent.

A valid tool that helps with selection

Pros

It is a great tool for screening applications, whether spontaneous or after the first interview. It also helps us filter out unqualified candidates, saving time and verifies or corrects what was perceived during the interview and listed on the CV. It also clearly highlights each candidate's strengths and areas for improvement, showing where and how to help them grow professionally.

Cons

Sometimes even though I provided the correct link for the test, the candidate was directed to a test for a different position. Also I feel like it would be more useful to see the most recent candidates who took the test at the top of the list.

Pros

There are no limitations when sending aptitude questionnaires to all candidates and it is user-friendly, allowing us to easily send a link, customize communications and create job posts for multiple social platforms.

Cons

At the moment I have not noticed any negative features worth mentioning.

Candidate profiling is easy and user friendly, with fast indexing based on detailed profile characteristics. Plus I like that it offers reliable data storage, support at all levels, full availability and continuous updates to enhance performance.

Cons

Pros

The ability to get immediate feedback on a candidate's operational methods without having to review them personally, saves us both time and energy.

Cons

Guru Jobs portal is extremely simple to use. The profiles that come into the platform can be managed according to various criteria and we can quickly provide feedback to candidates after the initial review. The information is also comprehensive and access to data is fast.

Cons

It is difficult to send batch emails like for concluding a search. Right now the interaction with the email software is very limited.

Very important tool for us

Pros

A constantly active database to pull candidates from is very important. Plus it helps avoid hiring the wrong person for the role and maximizes the potential of your available resources. Overall I highly recommend it!

Cons

The ability to filter candidates is useful but there is no notes section where I can write comments about each candidate.

Pros

It definitely helps speed up the selection process but you won't be able to fully use it unless you understand how to interpret the aptitude tests, as they sometimes give results that require interpretation.

Cons

I would suggest adding a legend or numerical score to show how suitable a person is for the role.

Pros

Guru Jobs completely changes the way selections are made. We are used to sifting through hundreds of CVs by looking at past experiences, written skills, style format things that don't truly help us understand the person. But it allows us to finally give opportunities to people who deserve them based on their skills. The platform is also easy and simple to use and the support team is fantastic.

Cons

There is a learning curve to fully understand the tool. Thankfully training is included and the instructors are excellent. But it is nothing that cannot be quickly mastered.
