“Easy activation

Pros

I found it easy to activate and transfer funds to my chosen store. As I have used several and they worked really well.

Cons

Cannot talk to a real person since it's all AI. I also noticed replies aren't immediate sometimes taking hours or even a day.

Recognizing employees has never been easier. What I especially like is how much control I have as it allows me to easily to manage every gift I receive on this platform.

Cons

After I redeem gifts they do not disappear automatically from the dashboard. So I always have to go in and manually mark each item as redeemed otherwise they keep showing up on my main screen.

When I use the Guusto app, what I like most about it is that it is very user-friendly and simple to navigate.

I have no drawbacks to report about it as I'm genuinely very happy with it, enjoying the experience and find it reliably meets my needs.

I am really impressed by how user-friendly it is. As it asks where I live, shows a wide range of options and remembers if I have used a gift card or added a new one. Also there is a chatbox for help and when I needed it. So when I forgot my password they responded quickly. I also appreciate that the employee recognition program is encouraging and uplifting.

Cons

Overall I did not notice any drawbacks. And the platform is user friendly that I never needed extra help and whenever I did reach out by email they replied promptly and resolved the issue each time.

Guusto is very user-friendly and I love the wide range of choices it offers. Plus I was able to navigate the site easily and quickly locate whatever I needed.

Cons

Honestly I didn't notice much that I dislike about it. As I thought the whole system was easy and simple to use.

Pros

It offers an excellent way to acknowledge employees and make their recognition visible. Also the platform was really easy to use and navigate. I also like being able to roll multiple balances into a single amount. There is also a wide selection of merchants to pick from when converting a Guusto balance into whatever someone prefers.

Cons

I do not have any major complaints though I'd love to see even more merchant partners, even though the current selection is already pretty good. When a specific store is not available, I usually find that mall gift cards are a handy alternative so those options are helpful too.

Guusto has a wide range of vendors to choose from when redeeming gift cards. I mean there is really something for everyone!

Cons

Keeping track of balances is a constant challenge for me especially when I end up splitting gift cards across multiple vendors.

I love that I can use them wherever I am and then I can even choose to spend the balance on my grandkids.

At Colgate we don't always get our points on time as they only arrive when management has time to process them. We are then told the team was behind.

Using this makes it incredibly easy for me to both give recognition to my colleagues and to receive recognition myself and I like the wide variety of reward options available.

Well I wish the platform would let me send funds as a simple e-transfer instead of using more complicated options. I also want a much easier way to print gift cards.

One thing I really like is how easy it is to navigate the variety of places where the gift certificate can be used. I also loved that I didn't have to use the full amount at once as I could split the balance across multiple companies and I faced no issues or hiccups during the whole process.

I honestly cannot think of any negatives from my experience. Everything was simple to use and there were lots of options to choose from so nothing in particular bothered me.

I'm really fond of how user friendly the app is and that it offers a wide range of merchants to choose from. Also it is easy to browse around and pick which gift cards I want to receive.

Cons

One drawback for me is that it doesn't display a single total showing how much value I have left across my gift cards. I also wish I could access my account from home instead of being limited to logging in only at work.

The wide range of choices for redeeming my points is something I like the most. Also there were plenty of merchants available and I enjoyed browsing and picking from them.

Cons

Honestly there is not much I disliked about it. But one suggestion I have would be to add an option to transfer or redeem points directly into my bank account as cash.

What I love most is the flexibility. Also sending gifts is very easy and the people I give them to really enjoy choosing their own options.

Cons

Managing used and unused gifts is a bit of a headache for me. As I wish keeping track of what's been claimed was more easy.

It is an excellent tool for employee recognition and it is really easy to use. I also like the variety of ways available for redeeming your gift cards which works well for our team.

I feel like it would be helpful if they offered a VISA or general-purpose card option so people could spend the funds anywhere. As I think many employees would prefer being able to use the balance on gas, groceries or other everyday expenses.

“Simple to set up and spend

Pros

Guusto was really simple to set money aside and spend it. The best thing is that the service works at lots of stores that accept gift cards and as a first-time user I didn't have any trouble logging in or figuring things out.

Cons

Nothing major but I wish I could transfer funds straight into my bank as for now I can't send the money directly to my account and for me it would be much more convenient to have the option to withdraw cash from my own bank.

Pros

Redeeming rewards is really easy and I like that there is a wide selection of merchants to choose from. Plus I can even split my rewards across multiple stores.

Cons

I was really disappointed when the specific merchant I wanted for pet food wasn't listed because I had been hoping to use my rewards there.
