“user-friendly with clear navigation

Pros

It's really user-friendly as everything is clear at a glance which makes navigating effortless. Plus it shows actual dollar amounts instead of points so I can easily see exactly how much I can redeem without any guesswork.

Cons

I'd love to see it add more product options such as Visa or Mastercard gift cards so we have more selection. Also it would be awesome if there were additional choices tailored to each province.

Guusto offers great value for the price. Plus it's a simple, easy to use platform for recognizing employees. The layout is clear and user friendly too so managers and staff can use it without much training. Customer support is prompt, friendly and reliable as they solve issues quickly and professionally. So far I have not run into any problems with the platform. I have been pleased with how it's performed and several coworkers have told me they feel the same positive sentiment.

The platform is really userfriendly and it offers a huge selection of gift cards which can actually make picking one a little overwhelming at times but I also find it easy to acknowledge coworkers and it barely takes any time for me to send out recognition.

Cons

Well I'd like the reporting features to be stronger. Right now the reports on the basic plan feel limited and do not give me the depth of insight I need.

It is pretty easy to navigate offering a wide array of vendor redemption choices and it handles sending multiple gifts at once pretty well. Also it was simple to set up to match our company's structure.

No cons to share as there really aren't any major drawbacks to call out although I should mention I'm using the free version right now.

I really like it because it lets me pick from a huge variety of merchants and I can decide to donate the rewards to charity whenever I want.

The starting balance feels a bit too high and I get way too many email alerts that number of notifications is overwhelming.

One thing I really like is the rewards and praise here. As they motivate me to work harder, boost morale, encourage teamwork and create a positive atmosphere. Overall it makes me feel appreciated.

At this point I have not noticed any negatives, bugs or issues with this tool. I would also like to mention that I'm new to it.

Pros

Guusto is pretty easy to set up and use and I consider it a very good value for the price. Also their customer support has been excellent and our team members really enjoy using it.

Cons

I could not find much to criticize because my company only made limited use of it at the time and whenever we needed to pause the service temporarily, suspending the account was very easy to do.

It is pretty simple to navigate and it also provides ways to recognize staff which helps encourage and motivate team members.

What I like is being able to load it onto a brand's gift card and redeem it very easily using a simple code or barcode and honestly I don't know much else.

I wish there were more brands to choose from as I could not find anything I wanted to buy. For example I was hoping to use my Guusto gift card on sunglasses but there were not any options.

I like that they offer a wide variety of gift cards and I find it really easy to use and to monitor redemptions. And let me tell you the redemption steps are also very simple.

We mostly use it for client contests even though it's really designed for employee recognition. Because of that mismatch the user experience does not quite fit what we need.

I don't enjoy dealing with bugs and glitches as they're annoying but at the moment the software seems to be running smoothly and I haven't noticed any problems.

The redemption process was fast and easy to use. It also offered a great selection of places where I could use the gift card.

Cons

Only interacted with the platform as a recipient so I did not come across any issues and my overall experience was very smooth. If I had to suggest something, I'd like to see a broader range of gift card choices but that's a minor wish.

Gift cards can only be used online not in local stores and even online the options are limited. The result I have had small leftover balances that became unusable.

My only complaint is that I can't load my Guusto rewards onto a Visa or Mastercard gift card. As they seem limited to Amazon options only.

I am quite frustrated by the narrow selection in the rewards catalog especially beyond North America where I frequently find merchant choices to be little or completely missing.

I really like how simple, fast and easy it is to use. It makes acknowledging colleagues and giving thoughtful rewards pretty easy.

Unfortunately I am unable to send shoutouts to other people through the app and that seriously limits the different ways I can publicly recognize my teammates.

Being new to Guusto I find it pretty neat and really enjoy the experience of being rewarded for the work I do.

I cannot point to any drawbacks yet. Since I am just starting out with this tool, I am not sure what negatives there might be but overall my experience has been excellent so far.

The interface is clean and logically arranged so I can navigate it easily as a first-time user and there's virtually no excess clutter.

To be honest I don't have many complaints. But one recommendation I'd make is to expand the merchant roster on the platform if that's feasible.
