“Simple and Functional Platform”
Pros
This system covers all the essential HR functions without breaking the bank and that is something I like. The support team is great! They're professional and actually listen to what we need as customers. Onboarding went smoothly and we received plenty of assistance throughout the process. It's perfect for organizations looking for a comprehensive HR solution that won't cost a fortune.
Cons
The system has some promising features but several functions still need development. I'm hoping to see significant improvements in preboarding and employee surveys in the coming year.

Pros
I appreciate how everything gets consolidated into a single location. The automated workflows that loop in all the necessary team members really make our processes smoother.
Cons
We're hoping for more options in the conversation templates and better visual design but knowing how this platform evolves I'm sure those improvements are coming soon.
