Cons
One aspect I dislike is the inability to specify my available time frames. The software only allows me to choose between part-time, full-time, or any-time options, lacking the flexibility to input specific time ranges, unfortunately.

Pros
I find it easy and simple to schedule across multiple locations, even when they share the same resources. I love the paperless onboarding process and maintaining employee files. The constant updates ensure we stay legally compliant.
Cons

Pros
Harri offers a fantastic applicant tracking system which allows us to source, select, interview and hire candidates efficiently. Many candidates in hospitality or restaurants use Harri, making it a perfect fit for all ATS activities within the platform. However, it does require a lot of customization specific to our organization.
Cons
I've found that Harri's software isn't as user-friendly as the support team suggests. While it may seem simple during the explanations, actually launching it and training internal teams reveals that it's not as easy to navigate, especially for hospitality employees.

I love that we can customize our questions and have a dashboard to track our applicants. With multiple restaurants, its very helpful to see who was hired, who was not, and other application statuses, especially for new restaurant openings.
Cons
So far, we have only had positive experiences with this product and have no cons to mention at this time.
