Pros

This highly innovative and interactive software revolutionizes the candidate and employer perspective. It provides a job preview to set clear expectations and offers a broad range of selection tools (assessments). The platform proves especially useful for handling a large volume of applicants, including graduates.

Cons

When I used the software in 2017/2018, some assessments were still under development. I believe they have updated the portfolio since then.
