Pros
I really like how simple the people management section is. Job descriptions, the tabs and links to employee documents are all very easy to access. Plus, the task board helps me keep track of everything I need to do each day.
Cons
When adding training info, I notice the same details popping up in multiple places like the requester's name and department and supervisor info. It feels a little repetitive. I also think the effectiveness date should be easier to find.

Pros
It lets us connect systems like quality control, health and safety and environmental management. It cuts down on repeating data, makes everything run smoother and helps info move through the company faster.
Cons
Some team members weren't too happy about switching to new software. Changing routines can be tough and it slows things down at first.
